You get - wanted time only when you get the wanted level

e.g if you get wanted 5 then it will deduct x amount of minutes from that wanted 5(not per wanted)

if you get wanted 2 then it will deduct x amount of minutes from that wanted 2

if you get wanted 2 and then get another wanted 2, it will deduct from both
