Weapon update Bug

Descrierea bugului: i have 43 hour weapon license but i cant move and shoot

update :

• Gangster Stats - The weapon license is between 21 and 50 hours remaining.
• If the player has Gangster Stats, then he will be able to shoot and move at the same time. However Double-handed guns will become one-handed guns. Plus, this class will improve the player's lock-on

You can only move while in the aiming stance, you cannot move while shooting. Thats the Hitman Stats. - not a bug
