Here is my attempt at making an Avatar for you.

How I did it:

 

• I took your picture, first I added the text. I made the first and last letter a bigger size for good effect.
  
• Then I added some more white to the tunnel area.
  
• Then I made the floor look blue with the brush tool
  
• I made the line underneath BlackHawk (text)
  
• Then for the fishining touch I added a hawk, to represent your name
