Installation instructions:
1. Download "Spark" if you do not have it. (Click for download)
2. Open "Spark.exe" and click on the File button, followed by Open.
3. Navigate to the main game folder and enter the "Models" folder:
(You have below the Default location of the game and the searched folder)
C :\ Program Files (x86) \ Rockstar Games \ GTA San Andreas \ models
From that folder we choose "gta3.img".
4. Drag "wmybmx.dff" and "wmybmx.txd" into Spark by clicking on the File button, followed by Save.
