This is not a bug Your car's spawn time is over and the car is despawned automatically

Hi all , as you can see on video i finished first chaptter of ryder in 12:23 and i was not able to start it untill 16:23 but i can start it in 13:56 az you can see in screens this is the first bug that we can start Ryder mission too much soon , but the secound bug is : every time is start the Ryder quest its not going to next chaptter , i can only play chappter one https://imgur.com/a/ga0BdtC

Hi , my rob points get buged after i select the Rob Point Reward in /finishquest az reward , before /finishquest i had 20 rob point and after that my Rob Point get changed to 0 and now i cant get anymore Rob Points , every peyday i play no Rob point will added to my account , i am Stuck in Rob Point 0 . Can some one pls Fix this bug
