While working as Garbage skill 2, the payoff is statically based on the location, some of them are 1.5k meters away with a payoff of 380$ where's the basic pay without any premium or bonus is minim of 550$ for skill 2. It's not a bug. You have to press the Sprint button a bit before it reaches at the marked position. If you fail to hit it on correct time, it will decrease the progress until you hit it again correctly.
