I've come to an apparent "contradiction": A player with cop attack has right to surrender or not? Or there are two situations? 1. Cop attack + other wanted = no right. 2. Cop attack only = right ? Because I usually check the wanted,arrest, ticket list page to know if a player has right to surrender but in the rules there is another list (I don't know if it's out-of-date) which says a player with cop attack + any other wanted has no right to surrender

2 weeks out, I come back and all the noobs quit on wanted, have accomplices and even laugh at your face... please inferno or anybody with some power, use gov to advice new players it is forbidden and that it's punished with ban. I've spent 2 hours losing my time after stupid noobs who quit when are in little trouble. I've lost my time, I'm angry and the idea on leaving the game is in my head because I have a responsibility here and sometimes I don't want to have it and just relax. I'm tired of people whose first word as a baby (only 2-3 weeks ago) was "post", when we could cut their balls off just establishing a complain system: if you complain and you "lose", you lose a complaint point and when you have 0 points, you must wait some time (1-2 weeks) to have your points restored and be able to complain someone again. And also, when I see some cops (not from this department, fortunately) doing DM (I won't say his name, but I think he should have been banned for a few days)or suspecting as fast as they can to get points even if the driver is not the suspect, but the passenger it bothers me a lot because I consider that unfair, inappropiate and stupid. It is not noble, it's dirty and an abuse of authority. And I say this because when someone threats me with post my mood changes and I worry a lot. I only wrote this to say what I think, what bothers me and what I've seen in the couple hours I've played since yesterday. Don't care if you will listen, but what I wanted to say is that I think pushing a car or making an involuntary mistake is the same as disrespecting a player or having the "I-ticket/kill-everybody-as-soon-as-I-can" syndrome (don't take this personally, it's not about this department because those who did it are out)
