Must the license put in the activity report be in a chronological order?

I waited for him a very long time to tell me weapons and safezone. He was also afk, but i didn't screenshot that. He insulted me really bad. I hope he will get what he deserves.

He also said that he is reporting me. I didn't know what to do: to make a request for him to give him license or to put him on blacklist. I think I made the right choice. Thank you.
