Bug Personal vehicle TD

I had 4 insurance and 1TD on my car. I was offline for 1 day and when i came back i had 12TD 0 insurance. so how i got 11TD with 4 insurance while i was offline? Before i had a personal car and when exploded i got 2 TD not 1. a half hour later i had 4TD without exploding.
