At the leaders' request and the modification of the economy we have decided to increase the fines for war absence. Thus the new fines have been modified from:

- fine for absent at 1/4 - from 500$ to 5000$.

- fine for absent at 3/4 wars - from verbal warning + fine 1.000$ to verbal warning + fine 10.000$.

The new fines will be applied from this moment.
