on practical because you said on /r "Anyone at tunnel near foster valley?" but you didn't announce "I wil put radar on tunner near foster valley".

I suggest you read all the rules (SFPD rules, general department rules and wanted-tickets list) one more time, to be sure 100%. Good luck mate!
