Urmatoarea regula va fi modificata incepand de astazi (28.01) : 

-In cazul membrilor de rank 6, liderii vor decide daca doresc sa sanctioneze sau nu absenta acestora de la activitatile obligatorii cand acestia nu au o cerere de inactivitate sau invoire pusa.

 

-In cazul adminilor de nivel 1-3, daca activitatea obligatorie are loc pe parcursul desfasurarii warurilor, acestia vor fi automat invoiti, cu conditia ca ei sa-si indeplineasca atributiile de admin in ce priveste prinderea codatilor.

Salut, urmatoarea regula va fi inlocuita cu cea de mai jos: 

 

Regula veche: Daca un jucator are pe G un suspect cu drept de predare, se va soma o singura data suspectul, dupa care se va soma soferul vehiculului pe [/ms] sau [/m] (Minim 3 somatii). Daca soferul nu se conformeaza, o sa primeasca "Complice". Cine nu respecta regula risca Faction Warn

 

Regula noua: Daca un jucator cu wanted cu drept de predare este pasager intr-un vehicul, va fi somat corespunzator, iar daca soferul nu ii da [/eject], atunci soferul va fi sanctionat cu wanted 6 ''Complice'' fara alte somatii. ATENTIE! Pasagerul cu wanted NU isi pierde dreptul de predare. Cine nu respecta regula risca Faction warn.

 

 

Hello, the next following rule will be replaced with the one below:

 

Old rule: If a player has suspect with the right to surrender on G, you will summon suspect only once, afterwards summon driver with [/ms] or [/m] (Minimum 3 summons). If the driver doesn`t obey, he will receive "Accomplice". Who break this rule will get a  Faction Warn.

 

New rule: If a suspect with the right to surrender is a passenger in a vehicle, he will be summoned accordingly, and if the driver don't [/eject] him, then the driver will be sanctioned with wanted 6 ''Accomplice'' without other summonses. ATTENTION! The passenger with wanted will NOT lose the right to surrender. Whoever does not respect the rule, they will receive Faction Warn.

Salut, urmatoarele reguli vor fi adaugate incepand de azi:

 

 1. Nu aveți voie să acordați ”Cop Attack” peste alt wanted, indiferent de situație. Dacă un suspect vă atacă, acesta își pierde dreptul de predare și poate să fie omorât pe loc în legitimă apărare. (sancțiune: faction warn)

 

2. Dacă sunteți atacați sau omorâți și nu aveți duty, puteți să vă luați duty și să oferiți ”Cop Attack” jucătorului în maxim 5 minute de la săvârșirea faptei, cu condiția să folosiți [/mdc] înainte și să vă asigurați că jucătorul nu deține deja wanted. În cazul în care jucătorul deține deja wanted (indiferent de motiv) atunci când vă atacă/omoară, acesta poate fi omorât de către polițist (cu nivelul de wanted pe care-l are în acel moment), *dacă rankul și/sau echipa din care face parte îi permite acest lucru. (sancțiune: faction warn)

 

Hello, the next following rule will be added starting  today: 

 

1. You are not allowed to grand ''Cop Attack'' over another wanted regardless of the situations. If a suspect attacks you, they lose their right to surrender and can be killed on the spot in Self-Defense. Whoever does not respect the rules, will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

 

2. If you are attacked or killed and you are not on duty, you can take duty and give "Cop Attack" to the player in maximum 5 minutes of the crime, only if you use [/mdc] before and make sure that the player does not already have wanted. If the player already has wanted (for whatever reason) when he attacks/kills you, he can be killed by the policeman (with the level of wanted he has at the time), *if the rank allows him/her to do this. Folosirea comenzii [/fvr] într-un mod abuziv (respawnarea mașinilor doar pentru a încurca un coleg, spamul cu ea etc.) o să fie sancționată cu Faction Warn sau Rank Down pentru abuzuri grave/abateri multiple.

• Atentie ! Sunt unele exceptii in care acesta poate avea loc si in alte zile ! Liderul il anunta inainte cu 48h !

 

- cererile de învoire care sunt făcute în timpul activității sau după aceasta nu sunt valabile.

- dacă într-o lună sunt organizate 2 sau 3 activități atunci aveți posibilitatea să faceți doar o cerere de învoire.

- dacă într-o lună sunt organizate 4 activități atunci aveți posibilitatea să faceți 2 cereri de învoire.

In regulamentul general al departamentelor a fost implementata o noua regula in legatura cu reclamatiile. Rgula este urmatoarea:

 

Comentariile aiurea în reclamație sau instigarea la ceartă, fără a aduce dovezi valide pentru problema reclamată și fără a fi implicați în acțiunile care au dus la problema reclamată, va fi sancționată astfel:

 

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMANT cât și pentru acesta (cel care deschide reclamația): reclamația va fi ignorată, fără dreptul de-a mai reface reclamația.

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMAT cât și pentru acesta (membrul facțiunii care este reclamat): va fi sancționat cu Avertisment Verbal pentru lucruri minore sau Faction Warn pentru lucruri mai serioase, pe lângă sancțiunea pe care trebuie s-o primească pentru reclamație dacă a fost vinovat cu ceva.

 

Lucruri minore: miștouri ușoare, linkuri cu melodii soft, glume ușoare, ironii, etc.
Lucruri mai serioase: bătaie de joc, jigniri, linkuri cu melodii jignitoare/vulgare, etc.

 

 

A new rule has been added in the department general rules regarding complaints:

- for witnesses added by the DEFENDANT as well as for the defendant (the member of the faction that is being reported): they will be sanctioned with a Verbal Warning for minor things or a Faction Warning for more serious things, in addition to the sanction they must receive for the complaint if they were guilty of something.

 

Minor things: light teasing, links to soft songs, light jokes, irony, etc.
More serious things: ridicule, insults, links to insulting/vulgar songs, etc.

In momentul in care un membru isi seteaza / primeste raport optional. In saptamana respectiva membrul este scutit si de raportul namecover.

Salut ! Regula cu privire la antrenamentele obligatorii cat si activitatile obligatorii, a fost modificata. Acestea NU o sa mai existe, pot fi facute doar de Lider cu un motiv bine intemeiat si anuntate pe forum cat si in joc cu cel putin o saptamana inainte.

 

ATENTIE !! Regula o sa fie aplicata incepand din 1 Mai.

 

Activitățile obligatorii pot să fie organizate de către lider cu un motiv bine întemeiat și cu aprobarea unui Admin Senior. Având în vedere că o să fie destul de rare, toți membrii trebuie să se prezinte și nu au dreptul la învoire, cu excepția jucătorilor care au cerere de inactivitate pentru săptămână respectivă. O activitate obligatorie este validă cât timp este anunțață cu minim o săptămână înainte. (sancțiune: faction warn)

Salut ! Urmatoarea regula a fost adaugata in regulamentul intern privind suspectii pe biciclete.

 

În cazul în care suspectul fără drept de predare sare pe clădiri înalte folosind o bicicletă (folosindu-se de bugul high jump), fiind greu de prins și omorât, aveți dreptul de a deschide focul cu Hunter sau Hydra pentru a-i omorî. Dacă suspectul coboară de pe clădire, nu mai aveți voie să deschideți focul, ci continuați urmărirea terestră. Asigurați-vă că aveți întotdeauna dovezi clare înainte de a deschide focul! Nerespectarea acestei reguli se va sancționa cu Faction Warn la prima abatere, Rank-down la a doua abatere și Demitere dacă va continua.

 

 HI ! The next following rule was added in the intern rule regarding the suspects on the bikes.

Regula veche:
Este interzis să insulți grav, să vorbești vulgar în reclamații (sancțiune: demitere).
Regula de mai sus se aplică inclusiv comentariilor șterse, martorilor adăugați cât și dovezilor postate în reclamații.

Salut, vreau sa va aduc la cunostinta noua modificare a regulamentului intern:

Regula veche: Dupa cum erati obisnuiti, faceati nc-ul cu 6 poze si anume: poza cand primeati nc, poza la frisk, la /su, la nc off, la /su iar si apoi la confiscate.
Regula noua: S-a schimbat putin actiunea, veti face in urmatorul fel: poza cand primiti nc (cererea +  mesajul cand ai primit nc), poza la /frisk, poza la /su, poza cand scoti nc-ul intr-un loc ferit.

Old rule: As you were used to, do the nc with 6 pictures, namely: picture when you receive nc, picture at frisk, at /su, at nc off, at /su again and then at confiscated.

Regulile noi:

• Membrii nu au voie să aibă duty activ pentru activități care nu țin de raportul de activitate (e.g. poker, barbut, jobs, quest, etc.) (sancțiune: avertisment verbal prima abatere, faction warn dacă continuă).
• Membrii nu au voie voie să ceară ajutorul civililor în urmărirea suspecților cu sau fără wanted. Dacă au nevoie de ajutor, pot să-l solicite celorlalte departamente, nicidecum civililor (sancțiune: faction warn).
• Dacă un jucător calcă un polițist care se află pe jos, iar acesta pierde din viața, jucătorul o să primească wanted pentru atacare polițist. În schimb, dacă polițistul se află într-un vehicul și jucătorul îl lovește cu un vehicul de mai multe ori, o să primească wanted pentru Drive-by (sancțiune: faction warn). 
• Membrii nu au voie să acorde wanted pentru atacare polițist dacă atacă un bunker pentru aprovizionare și proprietarul încearcă să-l apere. În același timp, dacă bunkerul unui polițist este atacat, are voie să-l apere. Atacul și apărarea trebuie făcute fără ca membrii departamentelor să aibă duty activ (sancțiune: faction warn).
• Membrii nu au voie să confiște armele, materialele sau drogurile jucătorilor cu wanted fără drept de predare (sancțiune: faction warn).

• Members are not allowed to have active duty for activities that are not related to the activity report (e.g. poker, barbut, jobs, quest, etc.) (penalty: verbal warning for the first offense, faction warn if it continues).
• Members are not allowed to solicit civilian assistance in tracking down wanted or wanted suspects. If they need help, they can request it from other departments, not civilians (penalty: faction warn).

Regula veche:

Faceati 6 poze pentru o actiune namecover corecta.

Regula noua:

Aveti voie sa faceti afaceri pe chatul factiunii (/r).

 

1. Poza in momentul in care ati primit namecover
2. Poza cu actiunea sub acoperire: poza (/frisk), sa vi se vada skin-ul de civil
3. Poza cu actiunea sub acoperire: poza cand oferi wanted (/su), sa vi se vada skin-ul de civil
4. Poza in momentul cand dati /undercover off.

Old rule:

Take 6 pictures for a correct namecover action.

 

New rule:

You are allowed to do business on faction chat (/r).

1.  Screenshot in the moment of you getting namecover.
2.  A picture with a namecover action: picture of (/frisk), make sure your civilian skin is visible.

Cererile de rank-up sunt permise, însă nu într-un mod abuziv, spamând liderul. Cine încalcă regula va putea primi Faction Warn.

 

Old rule:

Who speaks about Rank UP/Faction Warn clear is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

New rule:

Rank-up requests are allowed, but not in an abusive way, spamming the leader. Anyone who breaks the rule may receive a Faction Warn.

Dacă un suspect fără drept de predare se folosește de turnurile înalte din LS și SF (screenshot) sau de balcoanele inalte de la apartamentele de langa DealerShip (screenshot) sau farul din LS, unde sunt greu de ajuns și omorât, aveți dreptul să deschideți focul asupra lor folosind aeronavele de la National Guard. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu demitere.
Regula noua:

Vă este permis să folosiți aeronavele din National Guard (Hydra/Hunter/Rustler) pentru suspecții aerieni, pentru suspecții fără drept de predare care se folosesc de biciclete pentru a ajunge pe clădiri înalte sau suspecții fără drept de predare care se află pe o clădire cu spațiu redus, accesibilă doar cu parașuta, exemplu: turnurile înalte din LS și SF (https://imgur.com/a/os4ChB0), balcoanele înalte de la apartamentele de lângă Dealership (https://imgur.com/fQK6mqr), farul din LS (https://prnt.sc/rgaBOTDS3hdX).
Atenție, locațiile enumerate mai sus servesc doar ca exemplu, ca bază pentru interpretarea regulii de mai sus, însă nu se limitează doar la acele locații. (Sancțiune Rank-down la prima abatere, demitere dacă va continua)
 

PRETUL AMENZILOR pentru incalcarea regulilor de circulatie :

Parcatul neregulamentar - 30000$
Condus neregulamentar - 35000$
-Folosirea hidraulicelor pe un drum public- 100000$ 
Folosirea de NOS - 100000$
Depasire viteza legala intre 50-100km/h - (Platiti amenda politistului)
Depasire viteza legala peste 100km/h  - (Platiti amenda politistului)
Headlights off (Faruri oprite) - 30000$
Mers pe partea carosabila - 45000$

PRETUL AMENZILOR pentru incalcarea regulilor legate de chat-ul departamentului (caps-lock , spam , etc) :

Folosirea comenzii [/FVR] fara a se anunta -> amenda 50000$ + AV prima abatatere iar a doua abatere FW
Folosirea Caps Lock-ului intr-un mod excesiv pe [/r] sau pe orice chat la o activitate/antrenament ( EXEMPLU EXEMPLU EXEMPLU EXEMPLU EXEMPLU )-> amenda 30000$
Nerespectarea indicatiilor unui rang superior la activitati/antrenamente ( De exemplu a fost comunicat faptul sa nu se mai traga iar cineva continua) -> amenda 75000$
Folosirea unui emoticon intr-un mod excesiv pe [/r] sau pe orice chat la o activitate/antrenament ( Exemplu: =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD )-> amenda 30000$
Spam pe [/r] -> 30000$
Masina parcata pe locul autovehiculelor factiunii sau blocarea intrarii/iesirii cu acestea -> 50000$
Folosire in exces /fvs atunci cand nu este nevoie, ex: activitate, parada, filtru- 75000$

 

Old rule:

 If a suspect without the right to surrender uses the high towers in LS and SF (screenshot) or the high balconies next to DealerShip (screenshot)or to the beacon from LS (https://prnt.sc/rgaBOTDS3hdX), where they are difficult to reach and kill, you have the right to open fire using the airships from National guard. If the suspect leaves these towers in the meantime, you are no longer allowed to open fire. First offense will be punished with a Rank Down, and next time with dismissal.

New rule:
You are allowed to use National Guard aircraft (Hydra/Hunter/Rustler) for aerial suspects, non-surrenderable suspects using bicycles to reach tall buildings, or non-surrenderable suspects who are on a low-space building accessible only by parachute, eg: the high-rises in LS and SF (https://imgur.com/a/os4ChB0), the high-rise balconies of the apartments near the Dealership (https://imgur.com/ fQK6mqr), the lighthouse from LS (https://prnt.sc/rgaBOTDS3hdX).
Please note, the locations listed above are only an example, as a basis for interpreting the rule above, but are not limited to those locations. (Sanction Rank-down on the first violation, dismissal if it continues)
 

PRICE OF FINES for violating traffic rules:

Irregular parking - $30,000
Driving illegally - $35,000
-Using hydraulics on a public road- $100,000
Use of NOS - $100,000
Exceeding the legal speed between 50-100km/h - (Pay the fine to the policeman)
Exceeding the legal speed over 100km/h - (Pay the fine to the policeman)
Headlights off - $30,000
Walking on the side of the road - $45,000

THE PRICE OF FINES for violating the rules related to the department's chat (caps-lock, spam, etc.):

Using the command [/FVR] without announcing -> $50,000 fine + AV first violation and FW second violation
Excessive use of Caps Lock on [/r] or any chat during an activity/training ( EXAMPLE EXAMPLE EXAMPLE EXAMPLE EXAMPLE )-> $30000 fine
Failure to comply with the instructions of a higher rank during activities/training (For example, it was communicated to stop shooting and someone continues) -> $75,000 fine
Using an emoticon in an excessive way on [/r] or on any chat during an activity/training ( Example: =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD )-> $30000 fine
Spam on [/r] -> $30000
The car parked in the place of the faction's vehicles or blocking the entry/exit with them -> $50,000
Excessive use /fvs when not needed, eg: activity, parade, filter- $75000

Salut, urmatoarea regula va fi adaugata incepand de acum in regulamentul intern.

 

- Nu aveti voie sa opriti jucatorii pentru control de rutina cu masina personala. Se vor folosi masinile departamentelor. (Sanctiune: Faction warn)
