eu am 14 ani si 65 de zile la 1,75 , sunt cam la greutatea perfecta , avand in vedere ca fac si sport

Pai nu faci sala pt a slabii neaparat, poti face si asta.. dar daca ai greutatea ideala, nu trebuie sa mai faci lucru' asta...Faci sala pentru mentinere/masa musculara.

Eu da Spate + trapez

 

La spate 3 exercitii :

 

ramat cu bara T 15, 12, 10, 8, 6

ramat cu haltera 15, 12, 10, 8, 6

ramat cu o gantera 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

 

Si la trapez 1 exercitiu:

 

ridicari de umeri cu ganterele/bara 15, 12, 10, 8, 8+8
