Rata in stil chinezesc

Ingrediente pentru 4 persoane:

2 linguri Sos de soia Mikado

1 Miere poliflora

2 linguri Boia de ardei dulce Mikado

2 buc Ardei iute caserola 100g

100 ml Vin alb sec C.du Moulin2011,12%Vol.

100 ml Apa necarbogazoasa

1 buc Rata

1 lingura Ulei de susan

Garnitura

300 g Orez Camolino Tiradell

400 g Legume la tigaie Green Grocer's

2 linguri Ulei 1L Promienna

dupa gust Sare de mare Castello

dupa gust Piper negru macinat Mikado

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mod de preparare:

1. Ungem rata pe exterior si interior cu aromele pregatite special, o impachetam intr-o folie si o lasam la frigider 10 ore.
2. Dupa aceea, o desfacem si o punem la cuptor la o temperatura de 150 °C timp de 2 ore.
3. Din cand in cand o stropim cu putin vin si apa.
4. Intre timp, punem orezul la fiert in 900 g de apa fara sare.
5. Tragem legumele la tigaie la foc iute timp de 3-4 minute, apoi le condimentam.
6. Cand rata este gata, se serveste calda.
