Salata de fasole galbena cu iaurt

Ingrediente
fasole galbena lata
100 gr branza grasa sarata [ Tip feta ]
200 gr iaurt grecesc
100 gr salam Sibiu
1 ardei rosu
2 catei usturoi
ardei verde -pt decor
patrunjel verde
ulei masline
sare
Zeama lamaie si piper optional
Mod de preparare
Curatati , spalati si rupeti marunt fasolea .
Puneti la fiert fasolea in apa sarata cu tulpinile de la patrunjelul verde .
Cand este fiarta fasolea o scurgeti si o puneti intr-un bol mare .
Curatati , spalati si taiati cuburi ardeiul rosu . Tocati patrunjelul verde .
Amstecati fasolea verde cu branza , iaurt , salam taiat fasii, ardei rosu , usturoi tocat si patrunjel verde .
Gustati si sarati . Nivelati salata , stropiti cu putin ulei de masline si decorati cu patrunjel verde .
Cine doreste mai acra sau mai picanta poate folosi zeama de lamaie sau piper in plus .
