Go in game, Call every level 3-5 player and ask him/her If he/she want licenses :D Only the way to finish them.

Also out of town I'am conducting this investigation about this rivers heavy metal content and damn its hard School in the PH really sucks what to do :( well ill take my FW its been good for having fw cleared but meh i really wanted to do job but finals is soo Ugh :(

Well Son, Studies should be first..

If get FW is not really painful.. But If you got fail or get less makes in Studies, its more painful
