[HELP]Problem Bandicam

Theres a problem with my bandican as in some pics (ss) there is no text in the chat box (which is main for activity report) And also this problem is not with all pics its with some pics. How to solve it?

@@H a z E,i had the same Problem with my activity report, but i fixed it, remove your current bandicam and download another, because you have a fake one. i'll give you a link where i downloaded from google
