@, If you don't use Windows Original, Don't install antivirus such as Microsoft Security Essential, Kaspersky, AVG, Avast, and so on. In fake Windows OS, many malware had been planted. Maybe, game.dll file has been removed by your antivirus. And Don't install SA-MP 0.3z R2, this is not compatible and really annoying. SA-MP 0.3z R1 is more recommended. Good Luck

@, Don't think that from the SA;MP, try to Close and open you'r PC or the Connection more time (like 2 or 3 more times), there are more players have that problem like you, don't forget this problem form the Connection and maybe from the PC.
