@, i think problem is not in your samp or gta san andreas problem is in your connection, you should restart your internet connection device(router/modem) OR Your firewall might be blocking samp.exe from accessing the internet for it, so follow these steps:

1.Open your Control Panel from Start Menu.

2.Select Windows Firewall.

3.Then select "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall" located on left-top corner.

4.Scroll down and find "samp-server.exe" there and then put "tick mark" there.

5.Apply/Save the settings and restart your computer.

Let me know something from your connection. Did you use VPN or IP tools or Proxy ?

Perhaps, SA-MP have detected your VPN shared IPs and will automatically block anyone access by those. This problem usually occurs when you are using a free VPN or you are on shared IP tool. If you used Free VPN perhaps the provider of VPN block P2P access. Not only VPN but also Proxy and Free IP will do it.

 

If you didn't use VPN or Proxy or IP tools, please check your internet connection or router settings. If this can't help you, try call your administrator or your provider to handle that.

1. Check You Internet Connection .

2. Problem is in you Internet Connection , Not In SAMP .

Remember,when all the servers that are on your list are 0/0,then you've got a problem with your connection. Simply push the button on the back of your modem,wait a couple of seconds and push it again to turn it back on. Everything should be fine. If not,then contact your internet provider.
