Problem Network Crash GTA SA

Ce problema ai?Network crash
O scurta descriere a situatiei: this problem only happen when i connect to foreign servers and it's network crash not game crash , lets explain .. sometimes when i connect the game after 10 min i get crashed and server wont respond for 10 min and when i connect it happens again and it may takes 1/2 days with having this problem ... and only it happens in foreign servers and my ping is not too bad its about 180 ..if u know anything help meee i need to post my activity report ;( , an example is that everything was ok in 25/03/2015 and in 26/03/2015 when i connected to game and went working after 10 min crash ... and when i keep /sleep ussualy it wont be crashed.

It's your isp problem. Contact them, or try to see if it work on a server from your country and how much ping you have.
