Hopefully: Your HUD is off. Press F7 again and it should re-appear.

 

If it's not that simple you need to into your gta3.img with a program to replace the broken files.

This thing can't be bugged in any server especially in B-zone servers.

@, I suggest to re-install SA-MP because if there is problem in your GTA San Andreas so game won't run correctly it crashes.
