Descrierea bugului: Cand nu ai licenta de condus nu poti sa schimbi masinile /vehswitch daca nu te afli in masina deci daca ai bicicleta o ai degeaba... ca nu o poti folosi daca nu o ai in folosinta inainte sa iti ia carnetul.
