Bug la /pickpocket

Description of the bug: The Player tallatali was afk, Suddenly he came and I used /pickpocket and showing you can't pickpocket of AFk player But actully he is no more afk + he requested my licenses, he can request only when he is online, That's it

That's not exactly a bug, the server needs a little time to update the AFK status. This can be good for pickpocket victims, because if they come back online and see that a thief is stalking them, they can run or avoid the robbery somehow.
