Bug la new system [/givelicense]

Description of the bug:

First of all, Instructor get free licenses from the Rank 4+ members.

1. The system asks money from Instructors too. (It didn't actually take money, It just shows the msg that - "Instructor xx offered you flying license for z price. bla bla" ) But when we accept we don't lose our money. [i don't know its actually a bug or what.]

Suggestion for 1. - Instructor xx offered you flying license. [For School Instructors Members.]

2. Lets talk about weapon license, Cost for weapon license (level 10-49) = 2.000$ . 1000 before and 1000 after the test passed. But when an Instructor use [/startlesson] It shows - "" You offered xx a weapon lesson for 2.000. wait for response. "" But when he/she accepts We get only half of the money i.e -1.000 and after test we get 1.000 [Simple Text bug.] Its same for rest of the licenses.

3. I don't know about this but, As Instructor don't need to start the lesson i.e [/startlesson], But I found a bug there too, As its shows "Error: This player didn't start a lesson for this license." Check SS

1. Just take that message as an informative message, letting you know the actual price of that license.

2. That message shows the total cost of a license, it's intended to be that way.

3. Should be fixed in the next update, instructors won't be required to go through a lesson.
