Because you shouldn't have access to the button "speaker" when you are not in a call.

 

Take your real phone, call someone, you have the speaker button, right? And it works.

 

Hung up, and search for the speaker button, wtf, where it dissapers? So, if you can't press on that button, an error with "You are not in a call" can't appear.

 

So, it's also a bug in real life phones i think xD

@@VeveX, OK! When Your Phone is turn off, Why Server says that your can't call because your Phone is turned off! But In Real life when my phone is turned off, It don't says that your phone is turned off, so according to that there is bug with /speaker

It's not a bug, but there will be an error message in the next update.
