Description of the bug: I don't know whether it is a bug or what. But Rank 2 (online) comes after Rank 4, You can better understand in the Screen shot.

@, It just happened one time and after that it was never occurred. But I don't understand the Reason why It happened because It is operated by CPU not by a human Being

I can't find any flaws either. Until I find the issue (maybe it's not even an issue with /members, maybe it was triggered by another bug somewhere else), all I can say is come back with another topic if this happens again.
