Bug la /v

Description of the bug: On /v dialog box its showing vehicle Available, But When I tow it.. It shows its in use.. I tried many times.

Means someone is in G. I spoke to Fish about this and he said it's only shown as occupied when someone is in the driving seat and said it won't be changed.

That's right, the Tow command works only if the vehicle doesn't have any passengers or driver. The vehicle status in the vehicles menu shows Available even if there are passengers inside, because it checks only the driver seat.
