Hello,

its easy to add. One pass its to add an brush, and go to blending option, select Pattern Overlay. To use this effect, its just to download this pattern ( http://girlshare.ro/3207138 ) and you add this, and put the opacity at 25-30-35%. And adjust the layer opacity at 35-40%, if you like. Else, put what opacity you want.
