Bug - level up

Description of the bug: I m really pissed off. I tell from start, Yesterday I was level 77, I played like 4 and may be 4 and a half hour and did 1 city of quest. I did quest today and played almost 4 hours. But as soon as I completed quest I had just may be half an hour more to play but when I type levelup I get levelup from quest But not from the levelup which is 9 hours play time. I played 8 freaking hours. You can check from my account LINK. and you can check other things like my income of gold which shows my levelups. I really want my levelup because 8 hours is not something small if I cant get it today then count it tomorrow but I really want my levelup It really matters for me. I can play the rest of 30 mins or 1 hour today. now its telling me to play again 9 h to get levelup. You can check details of my account, I should have been level 79 by now. I will be really thankful if this bug is fixed

You need to play 9 hours in a day.

No you can play 9h in different time periods I kept checking it since morning and I was close to level up. But due to bug the game misunderstood QUEST LEVELUP with HOURS PLAYED LEVELUP

IK why but I have started to feel doubt about levelup I m not completely sure I didnt received or I got it But I got feeling that I didnt get it. May be I can be wrong here But I want staff to give confirmation if I had received it and if I havent, give me the levelup. I cleared this here because I dont want to be called liar in the end. because I my self dont know the actual truth. TY

If you received the message "you have already received the Level UP bonus for today", then you received it for sure (there is no bug at this system).
