SAMPFUNCS isn't working

My system isn't working. The SA-MP version and the sampfuncs version are compatible with each other because I was using them before I repaired my windows. I think I'm missing out on some driver which is important for the games. I did use some full modpacks from the mods section but the problem is same.

The sampfuncs available in the link is compatible with the samp given in the description?

You can take the one that is posted in the forum, all versions are compatible with samp r1.
