Bug Car Insurance

Description of the bug: Normally when my car is destroyed by any reason its respawned at the car's park place with health 100% but...sometimes when it respawns it's health is under 10% sometimes even 0% and I have to pay the insurance again to be able to drive the damaged car and this happens quite frequently. in short even after paying insurance after the car is destroyed it doesn't get repaired to 100% health.
