N-ai in cine sa tragi
Am incercat de cateva ori sa tot anulez misiunea si sa incerc iar dar degeaba
Iti ia si din viata...

That's a new one - I have yet to personally experience enemies disappearing in missions. Nevertheless, you don't actually need to kill them to progress the mission. You just have to get the drugs and leave the compound.

EDIT: Nevermind, happened to me too on 'Steal the Jetpack,' but after shooting roughly towards the NPC, it aggro'd on me and became visible again.

Experienced the same bug on another mission

Nu mi-a aparut nici-un NPC
Imi tot lua din viata dar nu-mi aparea nimic
Doar arma si atat
Si trageam spre ea, am crezut ca poate il omor.....
