Description of the bug:

Dear admin, I’m facing a problem with the Chemist job in the server. After I finish packing all 5 chemical parcels, the job moves to the delivery stage where I have to take the truck to the hospital. But every time I reach this point, the truck disappears within 15–20 seconds, even if I get in and try to drive immediately. This forces me to restart the entire job from the beginning, which is frustrating and makes it hard to complete the task. I’m from Sri Lanka and my ping is usually over 200ms, so I’m not sure if the issue is related to my connection or a server-side problem. I hope you can look into this and fix it if possible. Thank you.

Someone is using a cheat which destroys vehicles without being in them. It should be 95% - 100% blocked at next update.
