Bug - Boat Fishing Textdraw GUI

Description of the bug: there are 2 bugs actually, 1st bug is temporary I think it started happening recently 3-4 days ago but 2nd bug is always there since fisherman rework update

1. when doing Boat Fishing we cannot start fishing minigame, clicking "start fishing" does nothing
2. once we start boat fishing the GUI opens but there is no intended option to close the GUI safely, it gets stuck there until player relogs

We removed a plugin that helped us to fix this problem, but from the last version of the open.mp, that plugin we removed made server crash by some reasons. We'll try to find another solution to fix the problem with the textdraws.
