Description of the bug: Hi, the garbage job pay calculation isn't fair like Car Mechanic. While working as Garbage skill 2, the payoff is statically based on the location, some of them are 1.5k meters away with a payoff of 380$ where's the basic pay without any premium or bonus is minim of 550$ for skill 2. For car mechanic, the payoff is more and more than the minim of skill.
