Vehicle occupied bug

Descrierea bugului: Sometimes the car is occupied as shown in the proof, it can't be towed/despawned from anywhere and it doesn't despawn automatically as it is occupied. It happened to me multiple times in both accounts.

There might be an afk player in the vehicle. If that player went afk outside your stream and you got to the car later, you may not see them.
