Hi,

 

I decided to start this thread in order to give a helping hand to all those who cannot understand Romanian. I will include all important threads such as General Server Rules, Unban Rules, Faction Rules, and any other useful piece of information or tutorials that one might need in order to play on the RPG.B-Zone.Ro:7777 server.

 

 

General Server Rules

General Faction Leader Rules

 

 

1. A Leader must stay within the Faction at least one month. If you disobey this rule you will be punished with 60 Faction Punish points.

- A member of a Faction must stay within that certain Faction at least two weeks since his/hers recruitment. Failing to do so is punished with 60 Faction Punish points. If the Leader does not punish his members if they don't have at least two weeks, he/she will be dismissed from his position or be punished.

2. If a member wants to leave his/her Faction and has at least two weeks of activity, then the Leader is not allowed to give Faction Punish points. If the Leader breaks this rule he/she will be dismissed with 60 Faction Punish points.

3. Any Leader that recruits members without a Forum Application will be dismissed and punished with 60 Faction Punish points.

4. Leaders need to have only one co-leader, which will be the next Leader if the current one is dismissed or leaves the Faction.

Be advised: If you are a Leader and you are not a member of the Forum Group 'Faction Leader', please send a Private Message (PM) to Alexander and present your situation.

 

 

 

 

 

Ban and Unban Rules

 

 

1. Bans for hacks/cheats or advertising are permanent. Only on some circumstances/events/holidays they might be removed.

If you got permanently banned for bug abuse, business with euros ( € ), advertising or language, and if your ban is at least one month old then you can request an unban.

Please note that accounts banned for hacks/cheats will not be unbanned!

 

Please fill the following template and post in the Permanent - Unban Request thread. If the thread is closed you need to wait until an Administrator opens it.

Note: Only post here if your account is permanently banned!

Be advised:

- if you were banned for a determined period of time you will get automatically unbanned, you do not need to make an Unban Request.

- without screenshots your changes to get unbanned are very small.

- Type your Unban Request correctly and don't criticize the Admins.

- Do not spam or double post! Wait patiently for an answer.

 

2. Permanent bans or those for a determined period of time can be removed before your ban expires for 10 euros ( € ) by purchasing the 'Unban ( Not for cheats ) - 10€ -' package

Rules & Unban requests - I have already discussed about this section. Here you can request to be unbanned.

Server announcements - The only people allowed to post here are the Server Administators. In this section you can find announcements with improvements/changes brought to the server.

Factions - This section is meant for a lot of things, things like: applying for a Faction, reporting a faction member, discussing with the other members of the Faction ( if you are a Faction member already ).

• Police Department - Section dedicated to: applying for a position in the Police Department ( you need to be level 15+ ), reporting a PD member, other PD stuff ( members only ).
  
• Federal Bureau of Investigation - Section dedicated to: applying for a position in the FBI ( you need to be level 15+ ), reporting an FBI member, other FBI stuff ( members only ).

• Houses - Section dedicated buying/selling/exchanging houses.
   
  This section has the same Rules as the Businesses section, I'm not going to write them again. The same thing goes for the templates, you just need to change 'Bizz' to 'House'.
  
• Personal Cars - Section dedicated buying/selling/exchanging personal cars.
   
  You can find a list with all the available personal cars on the server here. Please note that the prices you see there are not the actual prices of the cars. Each personal car owner has the right to sell his car with whatever price he chooses.
   
  This section has basically the same Rules as the Businesses and Houses sections. In addition to those Rules, we have a few more:
   
  1. Any thread will be automatically closed after 3 days.
  2. Anyone who breaks the Rules risks getting sanctioned with +10% WARN on the Forum.
  3. You are allowed to make only one deal ( buying/selling/exchanging ) every day, meaning that you are allowed to post only a thread per day. For example, if you sold your car today and want to buy a new one, you need to wait until the next day to make a new thread.

- you need clear screenshots in order to make a complaint, if you don't have a screenshot then your complaint will not be taken into consideration.

Support - Section dedicated to helping players that have problems on the server.

- before posting please make sure you search this forum and see if the answer you're seeking isn't already found in other threads. If you cannot find an answer, then you can make a New Topic.

- don't use 'Problem', 'Help me' etc. as the thread title. Please use suggestive titles to indicate your problem ( 1-5 words ).

- do not offend/insult yourselves through replies, but try to help each other.

Secondary Jobs - Details and Locations

 

 

There are two kind of secondary jobs: Legal and Illegal. Both of them help you make money and both of them cand be acquired from Level 1. The only difference between them is that the Illegal jobs might get you into trouble with the Police, or even get you in jail. Once you get a secondary job, you can't quit that job for 5 hours ( normal account ) or 2 hours ( premium account ).

 

The following tutorial was made by JustMed in Romanian, and translated by me into English.

 

Legal jobs:

 

In order to get a job you need to use the command /jobs and follow the instructions. Once you are at the I you need to use the command /getjob.

• Detective - with this job you can find players. A red marker will appear on the map and will stay there a certain amount of time depending on your detective skill. In general, this job is mostly used by the Police or Hitman.
  Available commands: /find <name/id> ( finds a player ).
  
• Lawyer - with this job you can free players out of the Jail for a certain amount of money you agree upon. In order to free someone you need a Lawyer Accept from a rank 4+ Police Officer. The officer will sell you the accept for a certain amount of money. When your Lawyer Skill is 5 you will be able to free people without needing an accept from a Police Officer.
  Available commands: /free <name/id> ( free a player from the Jail ).
  
• Mechanic - with this job you can repair or refill cars. All you need to do is find players that need a car refill/repair, or wait for them to call once you are on /duty.
  Available commands: /refill <name/id> <money> ( refills a player's car ), /repair <name/id> <money> ( repairs a player's car ), and /duty ( you put yourself ON Duty and receive calls ).
  
• Bus Driver - after you have taken the job from the City Hall, you need to go to the Bus Station ( Bus Station outside view, Bus Station map view ). There you can take a Bus and type /fare <money> and take players to their desired destinations.
  Available commands: /fare <money> ( sets the amount of money you get from each client ).
  
• Farmer - with this job you can earn money very fast and very easily. You go to the Farm Place ( Farm Place 1 outside view, Farm Place 1 map view, Farm Place 2 outside view, Farm Place 2 map view ), take a Combine and type /farm. After that you need to follow the red checkpoints and start earning easy money.
  Available commands: /farm ( only works if you are in a Combine ).
  
• Trucker - this job allows you to drive the truck. You need to get a truck from the Truck Place ( Truck Place outside view, Truck Place map view ) and get a trailer onto it. Then all you need to do is to follow the checkpoints.
  Available commands: /truck ( only works if you are in a Truck ).
  
• Garbage Man - this job allows you to drive the garbage truck. You need to get into a garbage truck and then you can use /collect(trash) to get the trash and /dumptrash to dump it. When you enter the truck you will see some checkpoints on the map.
  

Illegal jobs:

 

Since these jobs are illegal, you cannot find them at the City Hall. You will find them scattered around the map.

 

• Arms Dealer - in order to become an Arms Dealer you need to go and get the job from the 'i' near the LS AMMU-NATION ( outside view, map view ). After that you need to go and get materials from the 'i' near one of the LS drop points ( outside view, map view ). Then you need to go and deliver them in Las Venturas ( outside view, map view ). Repeat this process in order to get more materials. Now that you have materials you can start selling guns, but be careful, if a police officer sees you selling guns he will take away your materials and your materials license. Your materials license only allows you to carry the materials.
  Available commands: /sell gun ( sell a weapon ), /materials get 'x' ( you take material packages ), /materials deliver ( you transform the packages into materials )
  
• Drug Dealer - in order to become a Drug Dealer you need to go to the Crack House ( outside view, map view ) and take the job. Then you need to buy drugs from inside the Crack House. You can use the drugs or sell them, but be careful, if a police officer catches you with drugs, he will give you Wanted 3 and take away all your drugs.
  Available commands: /getdrugs ( buys drugs ), /selldrugs ( sells drugs ), /usedrugs ( use drugs )
  
• Whore - in order to get the job you need to go to the Pig Pen ( outside view, map view ). Once inside, go to the 'i' and take the job. With this job you can offer sexual services and, depending on your skill, you might give people AIDS.
  Available commands: /sex ( command used for sexual services )
  
• Car Jacker - in order to get the job you need to go to the 'i' near the Conference Center ( outside view, map view ). With this job you can get different sums of money, depending on your level, from dropping cars.
  Available commands: /dropcar ( use it after you are inside the car )

Common commands:

/p(ickup) - answer the phone.

/h(angup) - hang up the phone.

/fill - fill your car ( works only at a gass station ).

/fuel - to see how much fuel you have in your car.

/fillgc - fills your gas can with 20% fuel.

/fill uses the gas can to fill your car.

 

 

Car commands:

/engine - starts the engine of the car.

NUMPAD 2 - open/closes the trunk of the car.

NUMPAD 8 - open/closes the hood of the car.

NUMPAD 0- turn on/off the lights.

/lock - to lock/unlock the car ( you need to have keys to that car ).

 

Personal car commands:

/carhelp - shows you all the availabe car commands.

/carplate - changes your car plate.

/sellcarex - exchange the car with another (both must be inside the cars).

/sellcarto - sells the car.

/park - parks the car.

/locatecar - shows your car's current position.

/towcar - takes your car back to it's parking place.

/carcolor - changes the color of your car.

/buyinsurance - pays for your car insurance.

/buyalarm - buys a car alarm.

/alarm - turns the car alarm on/off.

/lock - closes/opens your car.

 

Account commands:

/stats - shows you all your character's details.

/buylevel - you get to the next level.

/changepassword - changes your account password.

/upgrade - upgrades your character's abilities.

 

General commands:

/rules - shows you the server's rules [ IMPORTANT ]

/pay - gives money to a player [ maximum 99.999 $ ]

/buy - buy things from a 24/7 .

/switchkey - switches between car keys.

/drink - buys drinks in a bar.

/showlicense - shows another player your licenses.

/buygun - buys guns from the GSLS/LV or Armoury .

/lotto - buys a lotto ticket.

/takejob - takes a job..

/clothes - changes your clothes ( skin ) into a Binco or any other clothes store.

/report - report your problem to the Admins.

/cancel (taxi , mechanic , bus ) - cancels your command for a taxi, mechanic etc.

/accept (refill , repair , drugs etc. ) - accepts different things.

/eject - throws someone out of the vehicle.

/usedrugs - uses drugs.

/contract - assigns a Hitman to kill a person.

/rob - robs the Bank.

 

Chat commands:

/l(ocal) - talk to the players near you.

/s(hout) - shouts, so that more players can see from a greater distance.

/w(ishper) - talk with someone in private.

/ad(vertise) - makes an AD ( level 3+ , only at CNN ) .

/n(ewbie) - newbie chat, saw only by players with levels 1-5.

/f(amily) - faction chat, available only for faction members.

/r(adio) - department chat, available for department members.

/d(epartament) - chats with all the departments, available for department members.

/me - Example " /me drinks wated "

 

Bank commands:

/balance - shows you how much money you have.

/deposit - deposits a sum of money in the Bank.

/withdraw - withdraws a sum of money from the Bank.

/transfer - transfers money to other players.

 

ATM bommands:

/atmbalance - shows you how much money you have in your account.

/atmwithdraw - withdraws a sum of money from your account.

Licenses

 

 

Here is a list of all available licenses:

• Driving License - allows you to drive vehicles. In order to get this license you need to go to the 'i' from the DMV and type /exam. You will get a checkpoint on the map showing you the location of the DMV (it's near the LS airport). The other alternative is to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  
• Flying License - allows you to fly planes. In order to get this license you need to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  
• Sailing License - allows you to use boats. In order to get this license you need to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  
• Fishing License - allows you to fish without getting Wanted. If you fish without a fishing license you will get wanted stars and the cops will have to arrest you. In order to get this license you need to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  
• Weapon License - allows you to carry weapons. If you are caught by a cop with weapons and no weapon license, you will receive Wanted 3. The weapon license allows you to carry weapons, NOT to use them. In order to get this license you need to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  
• Materials License - allows you to carry materials. If you are caught by a cop with materials and no materials license, your materials will be confiscated and you will be fined 5.000$. The materials license allows you to carry materials, NOT to use them ( for selling weapons ). In order to get this license you need to call a School Instructor and ask him/her to give an exam with you for this license.
  

Car Info

 

 

There are four types of cars on the server: normal cars, personal cars, cars you can rent and faction cars.

• Normal Cars - you can find them in parking lots, alleys, etc. These cars can be driven by anyone that has a driving license. If you drive these cars and blow them up, they will respawn at the place you found them initially. These cars are always open so anyone can steal them from you.
  
• Personal Cars - these are just like real cars, they have owners and can be locked. If you want a personal car you need to buy it from someone that already has one. Bare in mind that these cars are not cheap, the cheapes being right now at 70.000.000$. Once you've bought a personal car it's yours, no one can take it from you, you're its owner. If you quit the game or relog you will still have the car, so you don't need to worry. You also have more commands for these cars. For more info type ingame /carhelp .
  
• Cars you can rent - there are two places you can rent cars: Car Rent Los Santos and Car Rent Las Venturas. Each car rent has 16 cars. If you want a cool car but don't have money for a personal car, you can rent one from these places. Bare in mind that you won't have the car you rent indefinitely. Once you have rented a car you can lose it if you /unrentcar or quit the game.
  
• Faction Cars - every faction/mafia/department has its own cars. Only members of that certain faction/mafia/department can drive these cars.
  

Upgrades Info

 

 

You obtain upgrade points with each level you earn. To use upgrades you need to use the command /upgrade. Here is what they do:

• Alcoholic - bigger resistance to alcoholic drinks
  
• Drug Addict - at skill 3, when you type /usedrugs you get full HP.
  
• Miser - uses less materials for selling weapons ( available only for Arms Dealer ).
  
• Trader - ( supposed to ) buy cheaper from the 24/7 stores and sell fish at a bigger price.
  
• Pain Killers - you lose HP ( life ) slower and if you are a medic you can heal people with 130% HP.

This Post Shows You How to Avoid Wanted Levels, Tickets, License Confiscation and More.

 

How to Avoid Wanted Levels:

 

Here is what you can get wanted for:

 

Wanted 1

- Stealing a Vehicle

 

Wanted 2

- Attacking a civilian

- Not stoping at the officer’s request

- Trespassing on a Governmental Territory (GT)

- Not showing the licenses to an officer

Wanted 3

- Kidnapping a civilian

- Drugs

- Not paying the ticket

- Possession of weapons without a license

 

Wanted 4

- Attacking an officer

- Drive-by shot or hit

- Bribery

- War in a public area*

 

Wanted 5

- Kidnapping an officer

- Killing a civilian

- Killing an officer

Wanted 6

- Abusing on escape on wanted*

- Armour possession

- Runner*

- Killing people in Jail

- Accomplice for another criminal*

 

* = Does not have the right to surrender. (Officer Kills the Suspect.)

 

These above are from the Police Department Wanted List. (For example - (DH01 kills Officer Kelton. DH01 gets wanted 5.) (DH01 steals a vehicle. DH01 gets wanted 1.)) If you think a cop did an "Unfair Arrest" then you take a screenshot and post it to the Police Department Complaints, then one of the higher rank people will decide what to do, (usually Kelton.)

 

How to avoid Tickets and License Confiscation:

 

Here is what you can get a ticket and/or get your license confiscated:

 

- Illegal parking – 30.000$ ticket + confiscation of the driving license.

- Illegal driving – 25.000$ ticket + confiscation of the driving license.

- USE of NOS – 20.000$ ticket + confiscation of the driving license.

- USE of Hydraulics on a public road – 10.000$ ticket + confiscation of the vehicle.

- Materials withouth license – 5.000$ ticket + confiscation of the materials.

- Drunk driving – 15.000$ ticket + confiscation of the driving license.

- Headlights off at night – 30.000$ ticket.

- Disturbing public peace – 20.000$ ticket.

- Selling weapons in front of a Cop – 15.000$ ticket.

 

These above are from the Police Department Ticket List. (For example - (DH01 uses NOS on Grove Street. DH01 get's the confiscation of his license + $25,000 ticket from an Officer.) (DH01 /parks his car in the middle of the road. DH01 gets the confiscation of his license + $30,000 ticket from an Officer.)) If you think a cop did "Unfair ticket and/or Confiscation of Drivers License take a screenshot immediately and post it to the Police Department Complaints, then one of the higher rank people with decide what to do, (usually Kelton.)

 

Commands:

/stats - to check how many materials you have

/licenses - to check what licenses you have and shows you how much time your license is suspended (if you have a suspended license).

/showlicenses (ID[Name][Part of Name]) - to show the officer your licenses

From plenty of people over the last few days who are /sms(ing) me, "How do you use the /rob command?" Well in this post I will answer your question.

 

Requirements:

 

• Level 10+ (Just the driver, passengers can be all levels)
  
• Good Driving
  
• Accept you will be in jail for 1:45 hours
  
• Patience
  

 

Method:

 

1. Go to the Bank Rob Van (/service taxi and say take me to the bank rob van please.)
   
2. Get in the van and go to Bank LV/LS (Your choice)
   
3. Use the command /rob (including the driver.)
   
4. You now have Wanted 6! Drive as fast as you can to the Red Checkpoint located on your map
   
5. Go into the Red Checkpoint and you will get a sum of money for yourself. You get money depending on your Rob skill + a random sum of money.
   

 

If the Police/FBI/National Guard kill you before you get to the checkpoint, you don't get any money. You go straight into jail for 1:45 hours.

If you get to the Red Checkpoint and you still see the Wanted 6 there, then just let an Officer kill you, your not going to get away with it.

The reason why patience is needed is because there is only 1 bank rob van for loads of people. So just be patient if it is not there! It will appear shortly!

 

When you rob the bank you DO NOT have the right to surrender.

 

I have robbed the bank 2 times;

 

First time: I robbed LV by myself at night and got 200k

Second time: I robbed LV with some of my friends, but a Police Officer killed us before we got to the Red Checkpoint

How to Join a Faction

 

On the B-Zone RPG Comunitty server we have 15 factions. A faction is not a job that you can go to a "I" and use /takejob. A faction is something you have to apply for, you have to work to achieve salary and ranks. Here is a short tutorial on how to join a faction.

 

I will start of by showing you what level you require to join any faction.

 

Level 5+:

 

School Instructor - Sells licenses by testing people.

Fireman/Paramedic - Heals people when they have low health and are about to die.

Tow Car Company - Tows the abandoned cars to a checkpoint which will re-spawn the car.

News Reporter - Tells the News, interviews people on B-Zone.

Taxi Cab Company - Takes people in a taxi to places they wish to go.

 

Level 10+:

 

The Cuneo Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

The Stracci Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

The Paterno Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

The Tattaglia Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

The Barzini Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

The Corleone Family - Mafia, uses secondary jobs.

 

Level 15+:

 

Hitman Agency - Get assigned to a contract placed by a person, the Hitmans job is to find and kill them.

National Guard - Arrest's people with wanted 3+.

Federal Bureau of Investigations - Confiscates illegal items without licenses. Arrests all wanted levels.

Police Department - Arrests all wanted levels. Confiscate drivers license when the other person does Contra-Sens (Driving Illegally.) Also confiscate illegal items.

 

To join a faction you need to learn the rules of the faction, the news/info and any other relevant information. Regulament = Rules. Here are the steps:

 

1. Look at your level with /stats and think about a faction you want to join.

2. When you have thought about the faction you need to go to their forum. (Read Below.)

3. First you should make sure the Application is ON, when it is on the topic would be usually unlocked and it will have civilians posting on the Application topic.

4. Once you have learnt the rules post to the Application Topic using the template provided. (If it is in Romanian use Google Translate. (Romanian > English.))

5. Congratulations you have now posted! Wait till the leader posts the results on his topic.

6. Now if you have passed you don't get a /invite straight away, you have to do a test! That tests includes the rules that you would have learnt earlier.

7. If you passed the test, you have joined a faction!

Faction leaders have the obligation to open applications to his/her faction every so often, however he/she may choose who he/she wants in the faction. The only thing a leader can't do is recruit somebody who has not applied, which would mean he/she wouldn't be allowed to lead that faction anymore. The leader can also write up his/her own rules and change the application sections to suit what he/she feels is best.

 

Salaries are non-fixed amounts of money that members of factions get each week, PD, FBI and NG do not get factions as they get money from other means, such as arresting and tickets. Salaries can vary, and are paid by the faction leader from his/her own money - therefore the faction leader has the choice of how much salary each members gets depending on rank/the amount of work done by that person. For example:- Taxi Cab Company members get $1000 for every person they transport, they must transport a minimum of 100 people per week to get the minimum $100'000 salary. They can get a maximum salary of $300'000 for transporting 300 people, as a persons rank increases in Taxi Cab Company, they need to transport less people for their minimum salary of $100'000. Salaries are transferred to your bank account every week by the faction leader if you've earned it.

Tutorial: How to buy licenses!

 

Over the past few days I have had people nagging me, "DH01, you know a lot about this server, where can I get my Weapons/Fishing(ext.) license from?!" Well in this topic I will be answering your question!

 

To buy a license you need a few things:

 

A School Instructor

Money

 

I will start of by showing you how much every license costs for you:

 

Driving: (Cost: Level 1 - 10: $10,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $15,000) - You need to take the SI member to the places he says.

Fishing: (Cost: Level 1 - 10: $10,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $15,000) - You need to know the fishing commands.

Sailing: (Cost: Level 1 - 10: $10,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $15,000) - You need to know where SF Docks is.

Flying: (Cost Level 1 - 10: $50,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $60,000) - You need to know where the abandoned airport and Los Santos airport is.

Weapons: (Cost Level 1 - 10: $60,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $100,000) - You need to know 10 legal/illegal weapons.

Materials: (Cost Level 1 - 10: $60,000 | Cost: Level 10+: $100,000) - You need to know the materials get and deliver command, you need to know where materials get is and where materials deliver is.

 

Key things:

 

School Instructor abbreviation is SI.

School Instructors' color is this: |||||||||.

School Instructor says if you get something wrong you fail the test.
