You need at least level 5+ to get in a peaceful faction ( Tow Car Company, Taxi Cab Company, School Instructor, News Reporter, Fireman/Paramedic)

You need at least level 10+ to get in a Mafia ( Corleone, Barzini, Tattaglia, Cuneo, Stracci, Paterno )

You need at least level 15+ to get in a Department / Agency ( Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Guard, Hitman Agency )

 

Sometimes the leader is not in need of members , so the Applications Topic is Closed.

When the leader/s is/are recruiting you will see an ad/announce with ( Ex: Taxi recruteaza membri , minim level 5+ aplicatie +test , that means that Taxi is recruiting members , at least level 5 , apply on forum + test recruteaza = recruiting , or a Governmental Announce Ex: Police Department recruteaza level 15+ aplicatie + test ,that means that PD is recruiting members at least level 15 , apply on forum + test ( in case of a department))

You need at least level 5 to join Taxi Cab Company. The other problem is that they are not recruting right now. When you reach level 5 and the applications are open, go to their section and make an application there.
