Try holding left CTRL and scroll down.

I don't know at your web browser , but at mine ( Mozilla Firefox ) I cand modify the page size (zoom) by holding down the Left Control buton and by scrolling with the mouse wheel up or down .

 

 

 

The old theme (that white) was kind of removed.. You can sellect what theme do you want at the down of the page .. But there are only 2 themes: This one and that one for the Mobile phone . (Click )

The theme was changed by the Administrators, but about the large of page.. I really don't know
