Acest topic este dedicat membrilor care dețin sau doresc să dețină funcția de Tester în cadrul facțiunii Federal Bureau of Investigation . Aici sunt prezentate responsabilitățile testerilor, regulile privind desfășurarea testelor și procedura standard de testare a candidaților.

I. Rolul Testerului

Un Tester este responsabil de evaluarea corectă și obiectivă a candidaților FBI, conform procedurilor stabilite.

  • Testerul trebuie să fie imparțial și profesionist.
  • Testerul trebuie să explice clar regulile înainte de test.
  •  Testerul trebuie să reformuleze întrebarea dacă candidatul nu o înțelege (candidatului îi este interzis să abuzeze de acest lucru doar ca să tragă de timp).

II. Obligațiile Testerului

1. Testerul este obligat să răspundă candidaților și să stabilească o oră clară pentru test.

2. Testerul este obligat să aibă dovezi (SS/Video) pentru probele susținute.

3. Testerul este obligat să se comporte respectuos și calm.

4. Este interzis ca Testerul să favorizeze un candidat.

5. Este interzis ca Testerul să refuze testarea fără un motiv justificat.

III. Obligatii pentru candidați în momentul în care trebuie să susțină testele

În momentul în care candidatul este acceptat, acesta este obligat să își caute Testerul. Îl poate căuta prin PM pe Forum, pe Discord  sau pe joc. Dacă nu găsiți pe cineva, contactați liderul pentru a rezolva problema.


Fiecare candidat are la dipoziție 72 de ore pentru a susține testul de intrare.

  • În primele 48 de ore, candidatul poate contacta doar testerul / testerii desemnat / desemnați.
  • În ultimele 24 de ore, testul poate fi sustinul cu orice tester, sublider sau cu liderul.

 

!!! Nerespectarea termenului de 72 de ore va duce la picarea candidatului.

!!! Veniți cu dovezi dacă testerul nu raspunde / nu dorește să dea testul. Nu suntem obligati să dăm testele cu voi dacă nu sunt testeri disponibili. Din acest motiv aveți 3 zile la dispoziție să susțineți testele.

!!! În cazul în care candidatul/testerul trage de timp în mod intenționat pentru a-și alege singur cu cine va susține testul, acesta nu va mai beneficia de privilegiul oferit în ultimele 24 de ore și va susține testul cu testerul/candidatul desemnat inițial.

  •  Testerul va fi notat, iar această situație va fi luată în considerare.
  • Atât candidatul, cât și testerul trebuie să vină cu dovezi în cazul unei astfel de situații.

 

IV. Reguli inainte de susținerea testului

 

1. Nu ai voie sa fii logat pe Forum, dacă ești prins că te uiți la topicuri relevante în timpul testului o să fii picat.

2. Nu ai voie să stai AFK.

3. Nu ai voie să ai telefonul pornit și nici stația de emisie-recepție (walkie-talkie), trebuiesc oprite.

4. Răspunzi întrebărilor folosind comanda [/cw].

5. Ai timp 5 minute să revii în joc dacă primești crash, la al treilea crash ești picat.

6. Nu ai voie să ieși din joc [/q] în timpul testului, o să pici testul instant.

7.  Ai 1 minut la dispoziție să răspunzi la o întrebare.

8. Nu ai voie să pierzi timpul sau să tragi de timp, trebuie să răspunzi la fiecare întrebare la obiect în cele 60 de secunde oferite.

9. Răspunsurile vor fi oferite în enunț, fără să raspunzi la întrebare cu o altă întrebare. Atunci când ai dat răspunsul, acela este răspunsul final fără să mai fii întrebat de Tester dacă ești sigur de răspuns.

10. Dacă ai vreo nelămurire, poți întreba Testerul fără a abuza de acest lucru.

V. Procedura testelor

!!! Testerul NU TREBUIE SĂ FIE DIN ACELAȘI CLAN / ALIANȚĂ CU CANDIDATUL. De asemenea, vă este interzis să ieșiți din clan doar pentru a susține testele cu Testerul din clan / alianță cu voi și să intrați în clan după ce ați terminat. Această regulă se aplică și pentru Testeri.
!!! Excepție de la această regulă fac: Liderul și membrii de Rank 6.

 

Testul de intrare în FBI constă în 3 probe:

  • Proba Teoretică
    Spoiler

    Întrebările vor fi puse din topicurile: Regulamentul General al Departamentelor, Regulmanetul Intern, Wanted & Arrest List și unele întrebari din topicurile de pe PINNED. De asemenea, pot exista și  întrebări capcană. Testul va conține 15 întrebări cu dificultate ușoară, medie și grea.

    Candidatul este obgliat să aibă un comportament adecvat.

     

    Sistemul de depunctare:
    1 punct - Răspuns incorect ;
    0,50 puncte - Răspuns pe jumătate corect ;

  • Proba Armelor

    Pentru a putea trece această probă, candidatul trebuie să aibă cel puțin 3 duele câștigate din 6.

         !!! Este obligația candidatului să dețină licența de arme, respectiv suficiente ore la licență pentru a susține proba fără probleme înainte de susținerea probei. Testerii nu sunt obligați să aștepte să vă luați licența, iar nerespectarea acestei condiții duce la picarea testului.

     

    Această probă reprezintă și o probă de departajare în cazul în care candidații au același punctaj la ambele probe menționate mai sus. Cel care reușește să aibă cele mai multe duele câștigate o să intre în Facțiune.
    Testul o să conțină câte     2 duele ( 6 în total ) cu armele Deagle, M4 și MP5. 

     

    Duelurile se vor susține în Training Room, fără [/duty] și fără posibilitatea de a folosi [/heal] în timpul duelului. Pe parcursul testul este interzis C-bug sau Fast C-bug. Se aplică pentru Candidat și pentru Tester.

     

    !!! Această probă nu poate fi contestată, nu puteți face PM dacă ați fost picați la această probă.  

    !!! Testerul este obligat să aibă dovezi și la această probă, la solicitarea liderului.

    Proba Practică

  • Spoiler

    Candidatul însoțit de Tester, trebuie să aresteze un suspect cu wanted cu drept de predare. Testul se va da cu același Tester, în cazul în care Testerul nu poate, citiți ce am scris mai sus la "obligatii pentru candidati".

     

    Candidatul NU ARE VOIE să folosească orice fel de mod ajutător pentru PD în cadrul acestei probe! ( De exemplu: PD Helper, EzCop etc. ). Folosirea unui astfel de mod va duce la picarea imediată a testului. Testerul nu este obligat să vă anunțe acest aspect. Dacă dorește, o poate face. Candidatul este obligat să cunoască acest fapt.


    !!! Candidatul este obligat să aibă dovezi pe parcursul probei practice în cazul în care doreste o contestatie, nu testerul!

     

    Testerul este obligat să aibă dovezi pe parcursul probei practice. Nu are voie să îi dea indicații candidatului sau să intervină pe parcursul testului, doar în cazuri exceptionale ( abuz ).

    Nu se va lua în considerare arestarea colegilor de Clan, Alianță, sau Departamente. (Ei pot să meargă să îi sancționeze, dar degeaba, nu se va pune la probă).

     

    Nedetinerea permisului auto la testul practic duce la picarea candidatului

     

    !!! Dacă candidatul consideră că a fost picat nedrept la una dintre probe, are dreptul să facă un PM pe Forum cu Liderul și cu un Admin 4+. Liderul va prelua dovezile de la Tester și le va prezenta în PM.

This topic is dedicated to the members that are currently or want to become a Tester in the Federal Bureau of Investigation faction. Here we present the tester responsibilities, rules regarding the conduct of the test and the standard procedure of the candidates.

 

I. Tester's Role

 

A Tester is responsible for the fair and objective evaluation of FBI candidates, according to the procedures.

  • The tester must be impartial and professional.
  • The tester must clearly explain the rules before the test.
  • The tester must rephrase the question if the candidate does not understand it (the candidate is prohibited from abusing this just to wastetime).

 

II. Tester's obligations

 

1. The tester is required to respond to candidates and set a clear time for the test.

2. The tester is required to have evidence (SS/Video) for the tests taken.

3. The tester is required to behave respectfully and calmly.

4. It is prohibited for the Tester to favor a candidate.

5. It is prohibited for the Tester to refuse testing without a justified reason.

 

III. Obligations for candidates when they have to take the tests

 

Once the candidate is accepted, they are required to find their Tester. They can search for them via PM on the Forum, Discord, or in-game. If you can't find someone, contact the leader to resolve the issue.

 

Each candidate has 72 hours to take the entrance test.

  • During the first 48 hours, the candidate can only contact the designated tester(s).
  • In the last 24 hours, the test can be supported with any tester, subleader or with the leader.

!!! Failure to comply with the 72-hour deadline will result in the candidate failing.

!!! Come with evidence if the tester does not respond / does not want to take the test. We are not obligated to take the tests with you if there are no testers available. For this reason you have 3 days to take the tests.

!!! If the candidate/tester intentionally delays in order to choose who they will take the test with, they will no longer benefit from the privilege offered in the last 24 hours and will take the test with the tester/candidate initially assigned.

  • The tester will be evaluated, and this situation will be taken into account.
  • Both the candidate and the tester must provide evidence in such situations.

 

IV. Rules before taking the test

 

1. You are not allowed to be logged into the Forum, if you are caught looking at relevant topics during the test or you will fail.

2. You are not allowed to stay AFK.

3. You are not allowed to have your phone or walkie-talkie on, they must be turned off.

4. You answer the questions using the [/cw] command.

5. You have 5 minutes to get back into the game if you crash, and on the third crash you are failed.

6. You are not allowed to exit the game [/q] during the test, you will fail the test instantly.

7. You have 1 minute to answer a question.

8. You are not allowed to waste time or stall, you need to answer promptly to a question in the 60 seconds available.

9. The answers will be given in a statement, without you answering the question with another question. Once you have given the answer, that is the final answer without the Tester asking you if you are sure of the answer.

10. If you have any unclarities, you can ask the Tester without abusing this.

 

V. The tests procedure

 

!!! The Tester MUST NOT BE FROM THE SAME CLAN / ALLIANCE AS THE CANDIDATE. You are also prohibited from leaving the clan just to take the tests with the Tester from your clan / alliance and re-entering the clan after you are done. This rule also applies to Testers.

!!! Exceptions to this rule are: The Leader and Rank 6 members.

 

The FBI entrance test consists of 3 tests:

  • The Theoretical test
    Spoiler

    Questions will be asked from the following topics: General Department Rules, Internal Rules, Wanted & Arrest List and some questions from PINNED topics. There may also be trick questions. The test will contain 15 questions with easy, medium and hard difficulty.

    The candidate is required to have appropriate behavior.

     

    Scoring system:

    1 point - Incorrect answer;

    0.50 points - Incomplete answer;

     

  • The Guns test
    Spoiler

    In order to pass this test, the candidate must have won at least 3 duels out of 6.

    !!! It is the candidate’s responsibility to possess a weapons license and a sufficient number of license hours in order to take the test without issues before the test begins. Testers are not required to wait for candidates to obtain their license, and failure to meet this requirement will result in failing the test.

     

    This test is also a tiebreaker if the candidates have the same score in both tests mentioned above. The one who manages to have the most duels won will enter the Faction.

    The test will contain 2 duels (6 in total) with the Deagle, M4 and MP5 weapons. 

     

    The duels will be held in the Training Room, without [/duty] and without the possibility of using [/heal] during the duel. During the test, C-bug or Fast C-bug is prohibited. It applies to the Candidate and the Tester.

     

    !!! This test cannot be contested, you cannot PM if you have failed this test. 

    !!! The Tester is required to have evidence for this test as well, at the request of the leader.

     

  • The Practical test

    The candidate, accompanied by the Tester, must arrest a wanted suspect with the right to surrender. The test will be given with the same Tester, if the Tester cannot, read what I wrote above under "obligations for candidates".

     

    The candidate IS NOT ALLOWED to use any kind of PD helper mode during this test! (For example: PD Helper, EzCop etc.). Using such a mode will lead to an immediate failure of the test. The Tester is not obligated to notify you of this aspect. If he wishes, he can do so. The candidate is obligated to know this fact.

     

    !!! The candidate is required to have evidence during the practical test in case he/she wants to appeal, not the tester!

     

    The tester is required to have evidence during the practical test. He is not allowed to give instructions to the candidate or intervene during the test, only in exceptional cases (abuse).

    The arrest of Clan, Alliance, or Department colleagues will not be taken into account. (They can go and sanction them, but in vain, it will not count for the test).

     

    Not having a driver's license during the practical test will result in the candidate failing the test.

     

    !!! If the candidate believes that he/she was unfairly failed one of the tests, he/she has the right to make a PM on the Forum with the Leader and a Admin 4+. The Leader will take the evidence from the Tester and present it in the PM.
