A fost adaugata o noua regula: Orice jucător care a fost acceptat pentru a susține testele trebuie sa se comporte decent. Dacă acesta jignește sau are un comportament neadecvat fata de un membrul al factiunii acesta este automat respins fără a mai avea dreptul de a susține testele de intrare in facțiune.

A fost adaugata o noua regula legata de activitatea voastra lunara: Membrii ce nu acumulează 15 ore reale lunare vor fi considerați inactivi si sancționați (conform regulamentului). Pentru a nu se ajunge in situații de genul: X a avut prima abatere in 2020 si a doua abatere in 2022, rezultând in rank down, abaterile de acum se reseteaza mereu la 6 luni de la ultima sanctiune acordata pentru lipsa orelor. Ca un exemplu: Daca X a primit prima sanctiune pentru ore jucate in 1 ianuarie 2022, adica un FW fiind prima abatere, si pana in luna august nu mai are nicio abatere iar atunci va trebui sa primeasca inca o sanctiune ca nu are 15 ore reale, acesta va primi din nou un FW fiind prima abatere deoarece s-au resetat, 6 luni de la 1 ianuarie considerandu-se 1 iulie 2022.

A new rule related with your monthly activity has been added: Members who don't have 15 monthly real hours played will be considered inactive and will be punished according to the rules. To avoid situations like the following: X was first punished in 2020 and then again in 2022, meaning Rank Down this time, the punishments will now be reset every 6 months from the last punishment for low activity. Duminica, 03.04.2022 la ora 15:00, vom avea war alaturi de LSPD, SFPD si FBI prezenta fiind obligatorie. Vom face 2vs2 departamente, mai exact: National Guard si San Fiero Police Department vs Los Santos Police Department si Federal Bureau of Investigation. War-ul o sa se desfasuare intr-o arena speciala (RC Arena) loc in care vom fi teleportati de un admin. Tin sa mentionez ca duminica inainte de activitate va rog sa va luati TOTI skin-ul de rank 4, cel in unfiorma militara. Prezenta inca o data este obligatorie asadar va astept in numar cat mai mare, cine chiar nu poate ajunge poate pune invoire in topicul destinat acesotra.

Regulamentul general al tuturor factiunilor a fost actualizat, adaugand reguli suplimentare pentru martorii adaugati in reclamatiile de la factiune.

 

Noua regula:

 

Adăugarea de martori care comentează aiurea în reclamație sau instigă la ceartă, fără a aduce dovezi valide pentru problema reclamată și fără a fi implicați în acțiunile care au dus la problema reclamată, va fi sancționată astfel: - pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMANT (cel care deschide reclamația): reclamația va fi ignorată, fără dreptul de-a mai reface reclamația. - pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMAT (membrul facțiunii care este reclamat): va fi sancționat cu Faction Warn pe lângă sancțiunea pe care trebuie s-o primească pentru reclamație dacă a fost vinovat cu ceva.

New rule:

Urmatoarea regula urmeaza sa fie adaugata in Regulamentul Intern:

 

 

Dacă un suspect fără drept de predare se folosește de turnurile înalte din LS și SF (screenshot) unde sunt greu de ajuns și omorât, aveți dreptul să deschideți focul asupra lor folosind aeronavele de la National Guard. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu demitere.

 

 

The following rule will be added in Intern Rules:

 

If a suspect without the right to surrender uses the high towers in LS and SF (screenshot) where they are difficult to reach and kill, you have the right to open fire using the airships from National guard. If the suspect leaves these towers in the meantime, you are no longer allowed to open fire. First offense will be punished with a Rank Down, and next time with dismissal.

Raportul de activitate a suferit mici modificari si incepand de saptamana viitoare va arata in felul urmator:

Incepand cu luna iunie, cele 4 activitati obligatorii vor fi reduse la doar 2, dupa cum urmeaza: 

 

- Prima duminica a lunii (Duminica 1): Antrenament OBLIGATORIU organizat de antrenori.

- A doua duminica a lunii (Duminica 2): Activitate cu organizare si prezenta OPTIONALA* organizata de echipa Rank 3-4. 

- A treia duminica a lunii (Duminica 3): Activitate OBLIGATORIE organizata de echipa Rank 3-4.

- A patra duminica a lunii (Duminica 4): Activitate cu organizare si prezenta OPTIONALA* organizata de echipa Rank 3-4.

- A cincea duminica a lunii (Duminica 5) -daca exista- => FARA ACTIVITATI.

 

Antrenamentele si activitatile vor avea loc tot la ora 15:00 dupa cum ati votat pe discord.

Fiecare membru va avea dreptul la O SINGURA INVOIRE pe luna, exceptie cei cu gradul Sergeant Major si Commander care sunt invoiti la ambele activitati.

Pentru activitatile OPTIONALE nu sunt necesare invoiri.

 

*IMPORTANT: Chiar daca organizarea si prezenta la aceste activitati sunt optionale, acestea vor conta foarte mult la evidenta echipei de Rank 3-4 si rank-up la 4&5 respectiv rank up 2+ pentru cei care se straduiesc sa participe la activitati.

Zilele comunitatii B-Zone se vor desfasura in perioada 1-15 Septembrie, asadar in aceasta perioada nu se vor organiza antrenamente/activitati obligatorii, ele fiind reprogramate dupa aceasta perioada. Mai exact, pe 18 Septembrie vor fi organizate activitati obligatorii de Rank 3-4 Team, iar pe 25 Septembrie o sa fie Antrenament obligatoriu.

Purtarea unui skin de rank superior nu este permisă. Aveți voie să purtați doar skinul rankului vostru sau al rankurilor inferioare (e.g u membru de rank 4 are voie sa poarte skin de rank 1-3). Sancțiuni: Avertisment verbal la prima abatere, Faction Warn la a doua.

 

 

Wearing a higher rank sin is not allowed. You are only allowed to wear the skin of your rank or lower ranks (e.g. a rank 4 member is allowed to wear a rank 1-3 skin). Punishments: Verbal warning first time, Faction Warn the second time.

Regula legata de deschiderea focului cu aeronavele de la National Guard asupra suspectilor fara drept de predare a fost modificata, acum putand sa deschideti focul si in suspectii care se afla la balcoanele inalte de la apartamentele de langa Dealership.

 

Dacă un suspect fără drept de predare se folosește de turnurile înalte din LS și SF (screenshot) sau de balcoanele inalte de la apartamentele de langa Dealership (screenshot), unde sunt greu de ajuns și omorât, aveți dreptul să deschideți focul asupra lor folosind aeronavele de la National Guard. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu demitere.

Urmatoarea regula o sa fie inlocuita cu cea de mai jos: Daca un jucator are pe G un suspect cu drept de predare, intai oferiti o somatie suspectului cu wanted, apoi soferul trebuie sa fie somat de 3 ori, daca acesta nu opreste dupa cateva secunde primeste Wanted 6 "Complice". ATENTIE! Jucatorul de pe G NU isi pierde dreptul. Sanctiune: Faction Warn <vechea regula>

 

 

 

Daca un jucator cu wanted (cu drept de predare) este pasager intr-un vehicul, va fi somat corespunzator, iar daca soferul nu ii da [/eject], atunci soferul va fi sanctionat cu wanted 6 ,,complice" fara alte somatii. Dacă sunteți atacați sau omorâți și nu aveți duty, puteți să vă luați duty și să oferiți ”Cop Attack” jucătorului în maxim 5 minute de la săvârșirea faptei, cu condiția să folosiți [/mdc] înainte și să vă asigurați că jucătorul nu deține deja wanted. În cazul în care jucătorul deține deja wanted (indiferent de motiv) atunci când vă atacă/omoară, acesta poate fi omorât de către polițist (cu nivelul de wanted pe care-l are în acel moment), *dacă rankul și/sau echipa din care face parte îi permite acest lucru. Folosirea comenzii [/fvr] într-un mod abuziv (respawnarea mașinilor doar pentru a încurca un coleg, spamul cu ea etc.) o să fie sancționată cu Faction Warn sau Rank Down pentru abuzuri grave/abateri multiple.

- Nu aveti voie sa confiscati armele jucatorilor aflati pe un Clan Turf ( folositi [ /clanturfs ] pentru identificarea zonelor ). Sanctiune Faction Warn.

- Este permis sa confiscati armele jucatorilor aflati pe un Clan Turf doar daca exista suspecti cu wanted pe turf.

- Ambele reguli se aplica doar in cazul jucatorilor care fac parte dintr-un clan.

Minor things: light teasing, links to soft songs, light jokes, irony, etc.
More serious things: ridicule, insults, links to insulting/vulgar songs, etc.

Regula privind activitatile si antrenamentele obligatorii a fost modificata. Incepand cu 1 Mai activitatile/antrenamentele obligatorii vor fi scoase, acestea putand fi organizate de catre lider doar cu un motiv bine intemeiat si anuntate pe forum cu o saptamana inainte:

 

Activitățile obligatorii pot să fie organizate de către lider cu un motiv bine întemeiat și cu aprobarea unui Admin Senior. Având în vedere că o să fie destul de rare, toți membrii trebuie să se prezinte și nu au dreptul la învoire, cu excepția jucătorilor care au cerere de inactivitate pentru săptămână respectivă. O activitate obligatorie este validă cât timp este anunțață cu minim o săptămână înainte. (sancțiune: faction warn)

Urmatoarea regula a fost adaugata:

 

În cazul în care suspectul fără drept de predare sare pe clădiri înalte folosind o bicicletă (folosindu-se de bugul high jump), fiind greu de prins și omorât, aveți dreptul de a deschide focul cu Hunter sau Hydra pentru a-i omorî. Dacă suspectul coboară de pe clădire, nu mai aveți voie să deschideți focul, ci continuați urmărirea terestră. Asigurați-vă că aveți întotdeauna dovezi clare înainte de a deschide focul! Nerespectarea acestei reguli se va sancționa cu Faction Warn la prima abatere, Rank-down la a doua abatere și Demitere dacă va continua.

 

 

The following rule has been added:

 

If the suspect without the right to surrender jumps on high buildings using a bicycle (using the high jump bug), making it difficult to catch and kill, you have the right to open fire with Hunter or Hydra to kill them. Doresc sa va anunt ca s-a actualizat regula pentru limbaj si martori la reclamatiile de factiune, astfel:

 

Este interzis să insulți grav, să vorbești vulgar în reclamații (sancțiune: demitere).

 

Comentariile aiurea în reclamație, diverse ofense prin intermediul dovezilor, instigarea la ceartă, fără a aduce dovezi valide pentru problema reclamată și fără a fi implicați în acțiunile care au dus la problema reclamată, va fi sancționată astfel:

 

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMANT cât și pentru acesta (cel care deschide reclamația): reclamația va fi ignorată, fără dreptul de-a mai reface reclamația.

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMAT cât și pentru acesta (membrul facțiunii care este reclamat): va fi sancționat cu Avertisment Verbal pentru lucruri minore sau Faction Warn pentru lucruri mai serioase, pe lângă sancțiunea pe care trebuie s-o primească pentru reclamație dacă a fost vinovat cu ceva.

În Regulamentul General al Departamentelor au fost adăugate urmatoarele reguli:

 

 Membrii nu au voie să aibă duty activ pentru activități care nu țin de raportul de activitate (e.g. poker, barbut, jobs, quest, etc.) (sancțiune: avertisment verbal prima abatere, faction warn dacă continuă).

 Membrii nu au voie voie să ceară ajutorul civililor în urmărirea suspecților cu sau fără wanted. Dacă au nevoie de ajutor, pot să-l solicite celorlalte departamente, nicidecum civililor (sancțiune: faction warn).

 Dacă un jucător calcă un polițist care se află pe jos, iar acesta pierde din viața, jucătorul o să primească wanted pentru atacare polițist.  Members are not allowed to request the assistance of civilians in pursuing suspects, whether they have a wanted level or not. If they need assistance, they can request it from other departments, but not from civilians under any circumstances (punishment: faction warn).

 If a player runs over a police officer who is on foot, causing the officer to lose health, the player will receive a wanted level for police attack. However, if the officer is in a vehicle and the player repeatedly hits them with a vehicle, the player will receive a wanted level for a drive-by (punishment: faction warn).

 Members are not allowed to give a wanted level for police attack if they attack a bunker for supply and the owner tries to defend it. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu demitere.

 

Dupa:

 Daca doriti sa luati o pauza, puteti iesi din Jail ori puteti sta in camera cu barul dintre cele 2 gate-uri. (vezi in imagine). In ambele cazuri trebuie sa fiti OFF duty. Sanctiune (Avertisment Verbal)

 

Dupa:

 Este interzis să stați în jail On-Duty AFK mai mult de 5 minute indiferent de situație. Dacă doriți să luați o pauză mai mare de 5 minute, puteți sta în Prima Cameră, după gratii (exemplu: AICI), ori puteți sta în Zona de siguranță dintre cele 2 porți(exemplu: AICI). În ambele cazuri trebuie să fiți Off-Duty. [Sancțiune: Faction Warn sau Demitere, în funcție de caz]

 

Aceste modificări vor intra în vigoare după minim 48 de ore de la anunțare, dacă aveți nelamuriri mă puteți contacta pe joc sau PM pe forum ori mesaj pe discord.

 If you want to take a break, you can leave the Jail or you can stay in the room with the bar between the 2 gates. (see in the image). In both cases you must be OFF duty. Sanction (Verbal Warning)

 

After:

 It is forbidden to stay in the On-Duty AFK jail for more than 5 minutes under any circumstances. If you want to take a break longer than 5 minutes, you can sit in the First Room, behind the bars (example: HERE), or you can sit in the Safety Zone between the 2 gates (example: HERE). In both cases you must be Off-Duty. [Penalty: Faction Warn or Dismissal as the case may be]
