Ask an admin for help , in-game.Probably admin level 3+.He will help you.Dosn't matter if she will be online or not.

If I`m not wrong then its Admin level 3+, because that thing happened with me too, my wife was banned and I asked Kaiac for /divorce and he did that

Ah, recently in the updates, I realised, it got changed to Admin Level 3+, so, the command is /adivorce <name/id/partofname> (Admins only.) Sorry for the slight misunderstanding there...
