Ati incercat ?Eu unul iau proteine gfx-8 pro nutrition, le iau de fiecare data dupa antrenament, chiar ma ajuta foarte mult, imi intareste masa musculara si ma ajuta sa mananc foarte bine. Incearca sa faci curat ...fara prostii pt simplu fapt ca la momentul cand te vei lasa de sala v-a atarna tot pe tine .
