Incepand de Luni, 18.09.2017, punctajele minime pentru Raportul de Activitate se vor modifica astfel:

SEDINTA + ANTRENAMENT.

 

 

 

 

Duminica 15.01.2017 la ora 20:00 vom avea antrenamentul normal. Iar de la 21:00 vom avea o mica sedinta.

Cine nu poate ajunge este rugat sa faca o invoire aici. ATENTIE! Voi accepta maxim 5 invoiri.

UPDATE SWAT

 

Topicul Aplică în SWAT a fost restructurat. Va rog sa il cititi.

Testu SWAT a fost schimbat in proportie de 80%.

Membri rank 5+ pot da teste SWAT.

A fost adaugat un nou Topic:  Log echipe in care membrii rank 5+ vor posta rezultatele Testelor SWAT.

Mai multe informatii despre noul test SWAT gasiti aici. Alte informatii utile vor fi prezentate maine la sedinta.

Pana Luni nu se vor mai da teste SWAT, iar de Luni urmand ca testele sa se dea dupa noul model.

Cand puneti/reluati un radar indiferent de orasul din care faceti parte sunteti obligati sa anuntati pe chatul deapartamentelor [/d].

Impreuna cu cei din LVPD, am hotarat sa organizam Duminica aceasta la ora 19:00 un War 4 Fun. Acum aveti ocazia sa aratati cat de buni sunteti in manuirea armelor.

War-ul va dura maxim o ora, si va avea urmatoarele reguli:

 

• Fara spam pe /r sau /d;
• Fara jigniri asupra membrilor adversi, este doar de Fun;
• Fara C-bug, Slide-Bug sau orice alte lucruri ilegale pe server;
• Armele folosite vor fi cele din Armoury.

 

Vreau prezenta maxima, pentru a le arata ce inseamna SFPD!

 

IMPORTANT! Aceasta activitate va tine locul antrenamentului din aceasta saptamana, asadar prezenta este obligatorie. Cine nu poate ajunge, insa doar din motive bine intemeiate, este rugat sa posteze o invoire in topic-ul Invoiri/Pass Request. Voi accepta doar invoirile serioase! Cine lipseste nemotivat va fi sanctionat cu FW.

 

 

 

 

 

Together with LVPD we decided to organise a War 4 Fun, Sunday, at 19:00 Romanian Time. Now you have the chance to show your weapon skills.

The war will last for maximum an hour and will have the following rules:

 

• No spam on /r or /d;
• No swears addressed to the other side, it's just for fun;
• Do NOT use C-Bug, Slide-Bug or anything else forbiden on the server;
• Only weapons allowed are the one from Armoury.

 

I want all of you to attend, in order to show them the power of SFPD!

 

IMPORTANT! This activity will replace the training from this week. so the presence is mandatory. If you can't come, due to severe reasons only, post a pass request in the Invoiri/Pass Request topic. Attention, I will accept the requests that are due to serious problems only! Members that will miss the activity without a pass request will be punished with FW.

1 AN DE LIDER SFPD 

 

 

 

Acum 1 an in data de 22.10.2016 deveneam liderul SFPD. Cu ocazia acestei sarbatori m-am gandit sa va ofer un mic cadou. Astfel Rapoartele de Activitate devin OPTIONALE in perioada 16.10.2017 - 22.10.2017.Duminica NU avem antrenament. Sper sa va bucurati de cadoul meu  Tin sa va multumesc pentru acest minunat an in care am trait multe experiente impreuna si pentru ca sunteti in SFPD! 

 

 

1 year ago on October 22, 2016, I became the SFPD leader. With the occasion of this holiday I thought to offer you a small gift. Thus Activity Reports become OPTIONAL between 16.10.2017 - 22.10.2017. Sunday 22.10.2017 We do not have training. I hope to enjoy you with my gift  I want to thank you for this wonderful year in which I have spent many experiences together and because you are in SFPD!

PROBLEME TEHNICE!

 

 

 

 

Dupa cum bine stiti, serverul are ceva  probleme tehnice. De aceea, Raportul de Activitate din aceasta saptamana (30.10.2017-05.11.2017)devine optional. Acelasi lucru se intampla si cu Antrenamentul si Sedinta (05.11.2017)

 

 

 

As you already know, the server it has something tehnical issues. Therefore, this week's Activity Report (30.10.2017-05.11.2017) becomes optional. The same thing happens with the Training and Meeting (05.11.2017).

UPDATE REGULAMENT!

 

 

Șoferii care conduc având o alcoolemie ce depășește 1.5 vor fi sancționați cu o amendă în valoare de 600$ (cei cu level mai mic vor plăti automat din script jumătate din amendă).

Șoferii care conduc având o alcoolemie ce depășește 3.0 vor fi sancționați cu o amendă în valoare de 600$ și suspendarea permisului timp de 1 oră.

 

 

Drivers who have an alcohol level over 1.5 will be punished with a ticket costing 600$ (lower level players will automatically pay by script half this price).

Drivers who have an alcohol level over 3.0 will be punished with a ticket costing 600$ and get their driving license suspended for 1 hour.

UPDATE REGULAMENT!

- Pentru a-i acorda wanted 3 "cop attack" unui jucator, acesta trebuie sa va atace cu pumnii de minim 4 ori sau sa traga cu arma in voi (chiar si in jail) (Puteti sa aveti un video in care apare textul de la DMG Informer-ul server-ului care va indica cine a tras in voi). Cine nu respecta regula primeste faction warn.)

- Atata timp cat aveti [/duty] ON, sunteti obligati sa purtati skin-ul specific rank-ului, in caz contrar riscati Avertisment verbal.

- Police Maverick a fost setat sa poata fii luat de la Rank 2, in loc de rank 3.

 

- In order to give wanted 3 "cop attack" to a player, he has to give you at least 4 fists or shoot you with a gun.(even inside jail) (You can have in which it will show you the text of servers DMG Informer wich will show you who shot you). Who break this rule will get a faction warn.

- As long as you have [/duty on], you are required to wear the skin specific to your rank, otherwise you will get a Verbal Warning..

- Police Maverick was set to be taken from rank 2, instead of rank 3.

SARBATORI FERICITE!

 

 

Cum perioada sarbatorilor a venit, am decis ca rapoartele cat si activitatiile(antrenamente, sedinte) in perioada 18.12.2017 - 07.01.2018 sa fie OPTIONALE. Sarbatori fericite!

Tot cu ocazia sărbătorilor vă anunț că regula cu minim 20 de ore jucate pe lună membrilor facțiunilor NU se va aplica în această lună.

 

!ATENTIE! Asta nu va scuteste de faptul ca daca sunteti inactivi mai mult de 3 zile veti fi scosi cu 10FP din factiune! Daca nu puteti intra mai mult de 3 zile, faceti concediu!

 

As the Christmas Holidays has come, I decided that the Activity Reports as well as other activities(trainings, meetings) during 18.12.2017 - 07.01.2018 will be OPTIONALS. Happy Holidays!

Also in celebration of the holidays I want to let you know that the rule of at least 20 hours played per month for faction members WILL NOT apply this month.

 

!ATTENTION! This doesn't allow you to be inactive for more than 3 days, otherwise you will be kicked out with 10FP. If you can't log in for more than 3 days, do a vacantion request!

Orice wanted se va acorda in maxim 5 minute din momentul in care suspectul a savarsit o anumita fapta sanctionabila cu wanted.(ATENTIE: Este interzis sa acorzi wanted unui player daca ati fost duty off in acel moment).

 

All wanteds will be given within a maximum time span of 5 minutes from the moment when suspect did an infraction punishable with wanted. (ATTENTION: It is forbbiden to give wanted to a player if you were off duty off at that moment).

UPDATE REGULAMENT!

- Amplasarea radarului in alte orase se face numai cu aprobarea unui Rank 5 din respectivul oras.Daca nu aveti acordul lui sau a unui rank 6, nu aveti voie sa puneti dupa ce intrebati de 3 ori.(Sanctiune; Faction Warn)

 

- The location of the radar in other cities is done only with the approval of a Rank 5+ in that city.If you do not have his or her rank of 6, you are not allowed to put it after you ask 3 times.(Sanction; Faction Warn)

Până când reușim să rezolvăm problemele de funcționare a serverelor pentru unii sau toți jucătorii, am decis ca rapoartele de activitate să fie opționale pe o durată nedeterminată. Când aceste probleme nu vor mai exista, abia atunci va avea rost ca rapoartele să fie obligatorii. Altfel riscăm să ne trezim cu jucători sancționați aiurea pentru că nu s-au putut conecta pe server să-și facă raportul.

 

 

Until we manage to fix the issues on the servers for some or all players, I have decided that activity reports should pe optional for an unlimited amount of time. When these problems no longer exist, only then it will make sense for the activity reports to be mandatory. Otherwise we risk getting players punished because they couldn't connect to the server to finish their report.

Problemele legate de picarea serverelor par a fi remediate momentan, așadar de Luni rapoartele vor fi din nou obligatorii. 

 

The problems related to the server connection failing have been fixed for now, so from Monday the activity reports will again be obligatory.

 SARBATORI FERICITE! 

 

 

 

 

 

Cu ocazia sarbatorilor pascale, Raportul de Activitate, precum si celelalte activitati ale departamentului in saptamana 02-08 Aprilie, sunt OPTIONALE. Conducerea SFPD va ureaza sarbatori fericite!

 

 

 

 

Due to Easter holidays, the Activity Report, as well as other activities made by the department between 02-08th of April, will be OPTIONAL. The staff of SFPD wishes you happy holidays!

TOPIC UPDATE

 

Topicul Ofiteru Lunii a devenit Ofiterul Saptamanii, astfel membrul care la sfarsit de saptamana va avea cele mai multe puncte la Raportul de Activitate va fi premiat cu suma de  100.000$ si raport optional in urmatoarea saptamana. Bineinteles ca aceasta activitate va conta si la rank. Tot ce pot sa va mai zic este spor la cat mai multe puncte.

UPDATE REGULAMENT!

 

Un nou topic a fost deschis. Scopul acestui topic este: in caz ca primiti un PM sa imi fie mai usor sa va gasesc. Multi aveti conturi secundare sau pur si simplu nu se intampla sa intram la aceiasi ora in game, asa imi va fi mai usor sa va gasesc. Aveti timp pana Sambata 20:00 sa postati in acest Topic. Cine nu va posta va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn. Jucatori nesanctionati vor fi cei care au cerere de inactivitate pe aceasta perioada, ei urmand sa posteze in topic la cel mult 72 de ore de la expirarea cereri de inactivitate. Membri noi intrati in factiune au timp 72 de ore sa posteze in topicul respectiv, altfel vor fi sanctionati cu Faction Warn. Mai multe detalii gasiti aici.

Din cauza unui exploit care pe parcursul săptămânii anterioare ne-a dat peste cap serverele cât și activitatea jucătorilor pe ele, am decis ca raportul de activitate pe săptămâna anterioară să fie opțional și să nu oferim sancțiuni pentru cei care nu au reușit să și-l ducă până la bun sfârșit. Because of an exploit that turned our servers and the player's activity upside down last week, we have decided the the activity report from last week to be optional and not to give out punishments to those that did not manage to complete it. Din cauza numărului redus de jucători în săptămâna aceasta, rapoartele de activitate vor fi înjumătățit. În cazul în care vad ca nu se pot face nici măcar rapoarte înjumătățite, le voi face cu totul opționale.

 

 

Due to the small number of players this week, activity reports will be halved. If they see that even half-reports can not be done, I will make them completely optional.

Deoarece și ieri seara au fost probleme la servere din câte am înțeles, consider că ar fi cel mai util ca rapoartele pe această săptămână să fie opționale. Speram ca fiecare să-și poată juca liniștit jocul dar aparent momentan acest lucru nu e posibil. Există jucători care sunt pe după masă și nu își pot face rapoartele din cauza acestor picaje și a numărului mic de jucători dimineața.

 

 

Because yesterday evening there were also problems with the servers from what I understood, I consider it would be best if activity reports for this week will be optional. We hoped that everyone might enjoy their game and play peacefully but apparently this was not possible. There are players that go to school in the afternoon and cannot complete their activity reports because of these restarts and of the low player count in the mornings.

Pentru a evita alte nemulțumiri/probleme am decis că cel mai bine e ca rapoartele de activitate să fie opționale pe o durată nedeterminată de timp. După ce vom putea observa că timp de mai multe zile la rând problema nu mai există, am să vă anunț că rapoartele vor fi din nou obligatorii.

 

 

To avoid dissatisfactions/problems I have decided that it is best for the activity reports to be optional for an undetermined amount of time. After we see that for several consecutive days the problem doesn't take place anymore, I will let you know that the reports will again be obligatory.

Wantedul pentru „atac civil” și wantedul pentru „omorâre civil” au fost scoase de pe /su deoarece jucătorii pot raporta aceste infracțiuni folosindu-se de comanda /emergency, astfel că nu mai e cazul ca membrii departamentelor să intervină (mai ales că se intervenea uneori din exces de zel în cazul jucătorilor care se cunoșteau și care făceau dueluri amicale ori cereau respawn)
