Miscarea este importanta in viata noastra.Cel putin,in weekend-uri stau toata ziua pe calculator,iar luni,cand ma duc la scoala abia pot sa merg. ShlomY Posted January 20, 2010 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Eu unul recunosc ca decat sa alerg acolo 100 de metri , mai bine ma bag la un SA:Mp , dar cand simt nevoie de alergare / miscare , nu imi sta nimeni si nimic in cale , alerg asa de nebun ... sincer , cat despre masa musculara , nu este indicat sa faci sala "de mic" 12-15-16 ani , prefer sa fac cu exercitii propria mea greutate ... (flotari , abdomene ... etc etc) , nu vad sala sanatoasa la varsta noastra , adevarat .. poate peste 2-3 ani ar putea exista si SALA ... momentan ...NU ... (cel putin asa cred eu ...)
