Luni: Piept,triceps Marti: Pauza Miercuri: Spate,biceps Joi: Pauza Vineri: Picioare,spate Sambata: Pauza Duminica: Trapez,umeri Stau de luni-vineri cam 1 ora,scoala nu imi permita,iar in weekend sau vacante stau 2 ore. Este o pauza care se desfoasoara tot in sala executand exercitiel cu greutati in proportie de 60% mai mici si antrenamente mult mai concentrate. Ce avantaje are? Pai...daca aveti cel putin 6 luni de sala si veti face aceasta pauza veti avea iarasi rezultate mult ma ivizibilae la forta si la masa. Cat dureaza? Intre 7 - 14 zile.
