probleme with keybinder - net framwork 4.0

hi guy , i have probleme ,

 

i tried to enter to keybinder , it showed me this :

so , i uploaded Net Framwork 4.0 , and it didnt want to instal :

@@MoUniR, - Maybe try to download another binder! Binder doesnt require Net-framework i think not sure!

Just open the link keybinder will be installed i m using this Ultimate Samp keybinder

 

type your keybinds according to desired keys selection and than save it into [ C/: users (which u use), appdata - local - temp - Rar$EXa0.863 - Ultimate samp keybinder and their save your keybinds and than enable it or also look down at your setting ,,, if want more help tha we are here

Hey as i said please set your computer languange to English for a sec and then ss the error(the text in error matters so we can see the problem)

which window do u use or pc specifications???

 

Either try to reinstall your windows 7 / 8 or try to remove Virus from your pc.. i see your ss the language will only be changed when fat or other windows files are affected by Virus ..... Reinstall your window and this time try Windows 7 or 8 not other one

@, if you don't know how to help people here, don't post. If you want to support him, you can easly do that by PM.

 

@@MoUniR, try to install a .NET Framework higher than 4.0 in order to use that keybinder. Even if one of them doesn't seem to work, keep trying for a good one.

Try to reinstall your OS, it might be a malware or something.

 

Isn't there any old keybinder version that requires lower .NET Framework softwares?
