when i click on a hood , it shows to download image, i want mod please tell how to download that hood from that site ?

i have place this file in gta 3 ? i can use IMG tool for this ?

@, I think you can't use imgtool, You have to download TDXworkshop and follow the steps in Video.

Its easy dude just watch the video in HD. you will get everything.
