Next time edit your previous post if you want to add something. It's against the rules to double post.

 

Anyway... what format is that picture? You can't upload it successfully if it's not a JPG, PNG or GIF.

@ Image Format Should be .JPG or .JPEG or .PNG or .GIF . you can't upload photos with a format except these and image size shouldn't be high. you can use image compressor softwares for this.

As Gisele and Paradise told you, check the image format. Only .PNG, .JPG and .GIF images can be uploaded on our forums. Please do respect the section rules or you might get sanctioned for it.
