Au fost adaugate noi reguli cu ocazia noului update

 

7.6 Este interzis a se face abuz de comanda [/fvs].

7.6.1 Orice rank 1-6 are dreptul de a folosi comanda [/fvs].

7.6.2 Folositi comanda [/fvs] doar cand mergeti sa faceti comenzi. Cine foloseste comanda aiurea poate fi sanctionat.

7.6.3 Cine foloseste aceasta comanda doar pentru distractie (sa umple curtea cu vehicule), va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn sau Rank Down.

 

 

12.7 Candidatii nu au voie sa foloseasca comanda [/fvs] fara permisiunea unui rank 4+.

12.7.1 Cei care folosesc aceasta comanda fara permisiune risca sa fie respinsi la teste.

7.6 It is forbidden to abuse/use [/fvs] in excess.

7.6.1 Any rank 1-6 member has the right to use [/fvs]

7.6.2 Use [/fvs] only when you're going to do some fares. Whoever uses the command in any other way may be sanctioned/punished.

7.6.3 Whoever uses this command just to have some fun (to fill the yard with vehicles), will be sanctioned/punished with Faction Warn or Rank Down.

 

 

12.7 The candidates are not allowed to use [/fvs] without the authorization/permission of a rank 4+.

12.7.1 Those who use this command without authorization risk to be rejected at the tests.

Pe data de 13.12.2015, pactul nostru cu Green Street Bloods a fost incheiat! Acestia nu vor mai fi condusi cu [/fare 1], ci cu [/fare] normal.

Pe data de 16.12.2015, pactul nostru cu Los Santos School Instructor a fost incheiat! Acestia nu vor mai fi condusi cu [/fare 1], ci cu [/fare] normal.

A fost adaugata o noua regula

 

12.5.1 Un tester isi poate trece candidatul ca "Respins la teste" in cazul in care candidatul acestuia profita de faptul ca este inca in factiune chiar daca a fost picat (/fvs aiurea, vorbeste pe /tx, se plimba cu masinile factiunii). Acestia trebuie imediat dupa ce face acest lucru sa posteze in BlackList-ul factiunii cu dovezile necesare.

12.5.1 Testers are allowed to pass the candidates as "Failed" if its candidates take advantage that is still in faction even if he failed the tests (use /fvs, talk on /tx, drive a faction vehicle). The tester need to post on faction BlackList proofs with his candidate violating rules.

Regulamentul a fost actualizat

 

- A fost adaugat pactul cu Southern Pimps.

- Regula 1.7 "1.7 /tog -> Închide chat-ul facțiunii - Închizi chat-ul companiei." a fost modificata pentru a fi la curent cu noile update-uri ale serverului.

- Au fost adaugate informatiile urmatoare 1.8 "1.8 /fvr - Respawnezi vehiculele facțiunii (Rank 5+)." si 1.9 "1.9 /fvs - Spawnezi un vehicul al facțiunii."

- Regulile 4.2 si 5.2 "4.2 Limbajul vulgar duce la Demitere cu 60/60FP." respectiv "5.2 Limbajul vulgar sau indecent poate duce la Demitere cu 60/60FP." au fost modificate pentru a fi la curent cu update-urile regulamentului general.

- Regula 5.10 "5.10 Sunteti obligati sa le oferiti refill si repair colegilor daca vi se cere. Cine nu respecta aceasta regula va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn." a fost stearsa.

- A fost adaugata regula 6.4 "6.4 Membrilor Southern Pimps le acordați [/fare] 1.".

- A fost modificata regula 10.2 "10.2 Este interzis să faceți duele pe bani.", barbutul fiind legal acum.

 

Alte modificari minore au fost aduse regulamentului.

Au fost adaugate noi reguli pentru noul Blacklist

 

 

 

13. Lista Neagră

 

 

 

 

13.1 Pe blacklist pot fi adăugați doar playerii cu nivel 7 sau mai mare.

 

 

13.2 Orice membru cu rank 4+ poate adăuga playeri pe blacklist, imediat după postând pe forum dovezile si motivul.

 

 

13.2.1 În cazul în care un rank 4+ raspunde unei reclamații din topicul "Lista neagra / Black list", acesta va posta dovezile reclamantului.

 

 

13.2.2 În cazul în care membrul nu postează dovezile și motivul în topicul creat special, acesta va fi sancționat cu Faction Warn sau Rank Down.

 

 

13.3 Se pot înlătura playeri de pe blacklist din comanda /bl doar în cazul în care playerul respectiv a fost adăugat din greșeală.

 

 

13.3.1 În cazul în care un player este scos de pe blacklist de către un membru fără un motiv întemeiat, acesta va fi sancționat cu Faction Warn sauRank Down.

 

 

13.4 Avertismentele vor fi acordate în funcție de modelul din topicul "Evidența listei negre / Black list evidence".

 

 

13.5 Membrii din facțiune care cer bani pentru a scoate jucători de pe blacklist vor fi demiși.

13. Black List

 

 

 

 

13.1 On blacklist can be added just players with level 7 or higher.

 

 

13.2 Any member with rank 4+ can add a player on blacklist, immediately after posting on forum the proofs and the reason.

 

 

13.2.1 In case that a rank 4+ member respond to a complaint in "Lista neagra / Black list" topic, he need to post with complainer proofs.

 

 

13.2.2 In case that the member don't post the proofs and the reason in the special created topic, he will be sanctionated with Faction Warn or Rank Down.

 

 

13.3 You can delete a player from blacklist from /bl command just if that player was added there from a mistake.

 

 

13.3.1 In case that a player is deleted from the blacklist by a faction member without a reason, the member will be sanctioned with Faction Warnor Rank Down.

 

 

13.4 The warnings will be given depending on model posted in "Evidența listei negre / Black list evidence" topic.

 

 

13.5 The faction members who take money from players to delete them from blacklist will be dismissed.

Regulamentul chat-ului tx a fost refacut pentru a se adauga intervalul de free chat si pentru a se sterge anumite reguli inutile

 

4.1 Păstrați un limbaj decent cu toți membrii indiferent de rank sau facțiune.

4.1.1 Limbajul vulgar, insultele grave în care puteți ofensa/jigni un coleg sau mai mulți colegi, nu se permite pe acest chat [/tx] (Exemplu: ”FMM”, ”MM”, ”muie”, etc.). (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Demitere)

4.1.2 Adresarea cuvintelor jignitoare permise cât și cele care nu vizează ofense aduse unui alt jucător nu sunt acceptate pe acest chat (Ex: prost, tâmpitule, fraiere, plm, sa-mi bag ****, smf, etc), nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la sancționarea cu Faction Warn.

4.2 Sunteți obligați să ascultați și să respectați membrii de rank superior chiar dacă sunt din altă companie de taxi. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Faction Warn)

4.3 Nu aveți voie să abuzați de limbajul de messenger, skype etc.

4.4 Nu folosiți mesaje/emoticoane în care se repetă un caracter de foarte multe ori. (Ex: Gen /tx )....)) sau /tx Baaaaa......aa) (Folosirea acestor tipuri de mesaje duce la sancționarea cu Avertisment Verbal)

4.5 Nu aveți voie să faceți afaceri de niciun fel (nici să întrebați). Dacă vreți să intrebați despre prețuri folosiți /sms. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Avertisment verbal)
4.6 Spam-ul este interzis! (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Faction Warn)
4.7 Este interzis să transformați chatul în [/f] (taclale, povești, loc de ceartă, etc) între orele 08:00 - 22:00. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la sancționare cu un Faction Warn)

4.8 Vă este permis să utilizați chatul [/tx] într-o manieră deschisă, gen chat [/f] doar între orele 22:00 - 08:00. Nerespectarea intervalului duce la încălcarea regulei de mai sus.

4.9 Fără mesaje de genul „'Neața/Salut/Bună” ș.a.m.d în intervalul orar 08:00 - 22:00, vă este permisă folosirea acestor mesaje în intervalul orar 22:00 - 8:00. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Avertisment Verbal)
4.10 Când o companie nu are online un membru necesar în rank pentru ai da voie să meargă la un event violent, poate cere voie unui rank4+ din alte companii taxi, asta numai după ce a cerut voie întâi pe chatul facțiunii [/f]. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Faction Warn)
4.11 Când un taximetrist ia un taxi de la altă companie are obligația de a anunța pe [/tx] (Ex: /tx Taxi LS la mine).

4.12 Candidații (adică cei cu rank 0) nu au voie să folosească chat [/tx], dacă fac asta riscă să pice testul de intrare în facțiune.

4.13 Scrierea cu CAPS LOCK pe acest chat [/tx] este interzisă. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Avertisment Verbal)

 

ATENȚIE! Acest chat a fost făcut cu scopul de a ne ajuta reciproc. Folosiți-l eficient în intervalul 08:00 - 22:00, dar nu numai. (Ajutor când cineva nu cunoaște o locație, repair / refill, parteneri de rob, locații unde se află radare, etc.)

4.7 Is forbidden to transform this chat in [/f] (chatting, story, fighting room, etc) between 08:00 - 22:00. (Disrespecting of this rule lead to Faction Warn)

4.8 You are allowed to use this chat in a open mode, like [/f] chat just between 22:00 - 08:00. Disrespecting of this interval lead to the violating of above rule.

4.9 Without "Hi/Hello" etc in 08:00 - 22:00 interval, you are allowed to use this in 22:00 - 08:00 interval. (Disrespecting of this rule lead to Verbal Warnings)

4.10 When a company doesn't have an online member with necessary rank to give permission for an violent event, can ask an rank 4+ from another company just after he asked on [/f] first. (Disrespecting of this rule lead to Faction Warn)

4.11 When a member take a taxi from another company need to announce on [/tx] (Exemple: /tx Taxi LS la mine).

4.12 The candidates (members with rank 0) aren't allowed to use [/tx] chat, if they do that will be failed at their faction test.

4.13 Writing with CAPS LOCK on [/tx] chat is forbidden. (Disrespecting of this rule lead to Verbal Warnings)

 

ATTENTION! This chat was made with the purpose to help each other. Use it efficient in 08:00 - 22:00 interval, but not only. (Help when someone don't remember a location, repair/refill, rob partners, locations where are radars, etc.)

Au fost adaugate urmatoarele reguli cu privire la acordul la Maverick:

7.7 Doar membrii cu rang 4+ pot folosii Maverick-ul pentru comenzi sau alte activitati personale. Aveti obligatia de a anunta pe [/f] ca il luati. Cine incalca aceasta regula va fi sanctionat cu Avertisment Verbal.

7.8 Nu aveti voie sa luati Maverick-ul de la LV sau SF Taxi fara sa cereti voie pe /tx. Cine incalca aceasta regula va fi sanctionat cu FactionWarn.

7.9 Atunci cand alegeti sa faceti comenzi cu Maverick, asigurati-va ca stiti foarte bine locatiile si in acelasi timp, ca stapaniti foarte bine arta zborului / aterizatului fara sa explodati. Atentie, va asumat o raspundere mare atunci cand alegeti sa transportati un client cu Maverick-ul. Clientul trebuie sa ajunga la destinatie rapid si in siguranta.

Regula "7.3 Aveți voie să vopsiți mașinile facțiunii în galben, alb, negru și culoarea lunii. (O culoare aleasă de membrii facțiunii prin vot)" a fost ştearsă.

 

Rule "7.3 You are allowed to paint faction vehicles in yellow, white, black and monthly color. (A color chosen faction members by voting)" was removed.

A fost adăugată o nouă regulă:

 

9.9 Dacă ați dus un client până la destinație, și înainte de a coborî clientul urca un alt client, aveți obligația să-i spuneți să coboare și să urce din nou în taxi, asta după ce clientul precedent a coborat și apare mesajul că a coborât și că a plătit o sumă de bani. Cine nu respectă această regulă va fi sancționat cu FactionWarn.

 

 

9.9.1 Atunci când duceți mai mulți clienți în taxi (când sunt mai mulți prieteni) și cel de-al doilea / treilea urcat după primul urcat în taxi nu dorește să coboare la aceeași locație cu primul, sunteți rugați să îl rugați să urce din nou în taxi, deoarece dacă îl lăsați în taxi fără a reurca în taxi, o să-l duceți cu plată 0$, ceea ce duce la încălcare regulei de mai sus.

9.9 If you took a client to the destination, and before descending client climb another client, you have to tell to descend and climb back in the cab, that after the client precedent dropped and appears to have come down and he paid a sum of money. Reguliile:

"14.6.2 Un membru trebuie sa întrebe de 3 ori (odată la un minut) pe ambele chat-uri (/f şi /tx) înainte de a participa sau organiza un event fără aprobare.

14.6.3 Membrii trebuie să deţină dovezi cum că nu au primit un răspuns în decursul acestor minute pentru orice eventualitate." au fost şterse.

Aceasta regula a fost stearsa, intrucat nu poti da [/call 112] unui coleg din aceeasi factiune (script).

This rule has been removed, because you can't give [/call 112] to a member from the same faction (script).

S-au facut cateva modificari in sectiunea 1. Comenzile Facțiunii  

 

S-au adaugat urmatoarele: 

1.4 [/servicecalls] - Vezi comenzile nepreluate.

1.14 [/vehrank] - Setezi rankul vehiculelor factiunii. Se poate folosi numai in interiorul HQ - ului. (Accesibilă doar liderlului si subliderului)

1.21 [/togcomms] - Blochezi / deblochezi căile de comunicație ale candidatului. (Rank 4+)

1.24 [/sleep] - Dormi in interiorul HQ - ului (Se poate folosi numai in dormitor).

 

S-au modificat urmatoarele:

1.8 [/tog] -> Afiseaza chat-ul factiunii - Închizi / deschizi chat-ul companiei (Nu ti se va mai afisa chat-ul companiei - tc). Se anunta inainte de a se folosi aceasta comanda. 

               -> Activeaza chat-ul facțiunii - Blochezi / deblochezi chat-ul companiei. (Membrii pot / nu pot folosi chatul companiei). Se foloseste numai in cazuri exceptionale. (Accesibilă doar liderlului si subliderului)

1.11 [/fmotd] -> Vezi mesajul zilei.

                     -> Scrie/sterge mesajul zilei. (Accesibilă doar liderlului si subliderului)

1.23 [/tduty] - Devii la datorie ca tester. (Rank 4+)

S-au adaugat urmatoarele reguli: 

 

12. Ședințe/Activități:

 

12.2  În cazul în care absentați sau întârziați la ședință/activitate (fără cerere de învoire), o să fiți sanționați după cum urmează:

12.2.1 Intârziere de 10 minute (sau mai puțin) - nu veți fi sancționați;

12.2.2 Intârziere de 10 - 20 minute - Avertisment Verbal;

12.2.3 Intârziere de 20 - 30 minute - Avertisment Verbal + 50.000$ amendă;

12.2.4 Intârziere mai mare de 30 de minute - Faction Warn.

12.9.1 O activitate obligatorie trebuie să dureze aproximativ 40-60 minute, iar o activitate optională cel mult 30 de minute.

S-a modificat regula cu privire la consumul/detinerea de droguri:  

* S-a scos regula: 11.3 Este permis să deţineţi droguri doar atunci când aveţi un task specific activ, în rest este interzis. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Faction Warn)

* S-a inlocuit cu aceasta regula: 11.3 Este permis să deţineţi/folosiţi droguri doar atunci când nu vă aflaţi la datorie, fiind sancţionaţi de poliţisti dacă este cazul. (Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la Avertisment Verbal)

 

11. Illegal Activities:

The use/possesion drugs rule has been changed:

* Has been removed this rule: 11.3 You are allowed to have drugs only when you have an active specific task, otherwise is forbidden. (Disrespecting of this rule lead to Faction Warn)

10.7 Cele mai bune rapoarte de activitate vor fi recompensate. Membri activi vor fi răsplătiți fie cu bani, fie cu ,,raport de activitate optional''/,,raport de activitate înjumătățit'';

10.7.1 Pentru premiul ,,raport de activitate optional''/,,raport de activitate înjumătățit'' se va face o statistică.
